Great fit I haven't put all of my tools in yet but I love how sturdy it is. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because you have to use two different key for top and bottom and you aren't offered security screws to mount the top to the bottom. The top is perfect for my charging station as I use a lot of Dewalt 20v tools.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jim Good Value for the Purchase Price, But...
The first cabinet I received was relatively simple to assemble. Unfortunately, when I got it assembled I found that I was unable to open any of the lower drawers more than halfway. The locking mechanisms didn't work well either. Husky and Home Depot were easy to deal with. Since they couldn't resolve the issue by phone, they had me return the cabinet to my local store for replacement. Lucky I have a pickup truck. Then I had to go thru the whole assembly process again. BTW, they pack the unit very well but it results in a awful lot of cardboard and styrofoam to dispose of. The replacement unit works fine. The drawers work well, although it requires a firm push to get them in the last half inch. One last comment - every unit comes adhered with several large paper stickers meant for advertising on a floor model. Some pealed off well if I was careful. Others tore easily and left paper layers that only came off by soaking them with "GooGone". Overall, I'm happy enough even after the hassles because you can't beat the cost for a unit of this size and drawer configuration.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by EP Stickers all over it take more time to remove than it's worth.
Earlier reviewer is right, cumbersome to transfer as it comes in two oversized boxes. My tool box was full of manufacturer stickers that did not remove easily and still are not fully removed after an hour of my time.
The large lower right drawer does not open and I have to look into why. The tool box scratches very easily. The locking wheels lock, but still rotate, meaning the tool box still moves, even when the wheels are locked.
The staff that helped me at Home Depot were very friendly and helpful getting the tool box loaded. But, the tool box really isn't worth the money or the hassles that come with it's lack of quality.
This is my second poor experience with Home Depot in a row. I vowed not to return, but did ... Lesson learned.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TSI Best tool box available at this price point
There is a trend among those who author reviews, and I have learned NOT to let this trend sway my purchasing decisions. Other reviewers of this tool box complained that it was damaged, had rust spots, or was otherwise damaged. I ignore these reviews because I always inspect all boxes for damage before accepting them.
Other reviewers complained this toolbox was not worth the money and I just don't see how you get there. Is this a SnapOn or Matco...NO! But it also doesn't cost $4500. Even a comparable Craftsman, which I must admit, Craftsman quality is not what it used to be, would be twice what this box cost for the features and amount of storage space.
The last Craftsman tool chest I bought came with no drawer liners, whereas this one came with pre-cut liners for every single drawer.
For the price point, the drawer slides and casters work well. If you prefer locking casters that don't rotate, you can buy better casters and still spend less money on this chest than anything comparable.
Here is a bonus tip for purchasing from Home Depot. It's a warehouse store with thin roof's and typically swamp type coolers on the roof. There is going to be some water that gets into the building. Large stuff like this box gets stored on the top shelf. Save yourself the trouble and inspect the box closely before accepting it. This applies whether you buy it in the store or have it shipped to your home.
All in all, I am absolutely thrilled with this box and I'm certain it will meet my needs for many years to come. My shop is my garage and I'm not a professional mechanic with 1,000 pounds of tools to put into it so please keep that in mind. Your needs might be different.
