The Husky 46 in. 9-Drawer Mobile Work Center provides a variety of options for your tool storage needs. The solid wood top makes both a stylish and durable work surface area. The full-width drawer is designed to accommodate the longer items that most toolboxes cannot. The large, aluminum drawer pulls are protected by end caps for safety and recess flush into the cabinet. The 2 bottom drawers are extra deep for storing heavier, bulk storage items and they are supported by a double set of 75 lbs. rated ball bearing slides. The large, 5 in. x 2 in. casters and steel tubular side handle allow for ease and convenience in moving this versatile workbench.

All 3 have subtle differences between them. I purchased Model #HOTC4609B11M which was supposed to have a 1 in thick top. The one I got has a top even less than 3/4in thick. In the end, you get what you pay for. Maybe even a little less in this case. Its flimsy, cheap, and tips over easily. It is not deep enough which is also why it tips over so easily. I would recommend weighing down the two back wheels with 50 lbs weights each if you plan on having the top drawers hold ~ 20lbs or more of stuff. I also plan on using eye & hook latch to keep it anchored to the wall when not moving it around. There is no mechanism to prevent you from opening more than one drawer at the same time. And it goes without saying to not let kids play around this thing. It would be very easy for them to tip it over themselves. The lock is flimsy but its better than nothing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Order carefully!! Recently ordered the workbench when it was on sale. The workbenchh is great itself, however, just like many other reviewers stated, there are 3 different models all for the same price. Be very careful which one you order because customer care will not be much of assistance once an order is place. There's an upgraded model that comes with liners, mine must be a older model that did not come with one. All the reviews seems to be for all models. This review is to let everyone be aware of their misformation on their website that shows all similar pictures and combine all reviews for all of them. It should be this confusing, money better spend elsewhere. Hope this reviews helps making the right informed decision and research.

I like how sturdy it is and how well made it appears to be. I actually did not intend to use this as a tool chest, rather, I was thinking "outside the box" on usage. It became an island for my kitchen. I love the solid worktop and the drawers being easy to slide out. Another plus was that it came with drawer liners, so I didn't have to purchase liners.

Having made a living as a technician, I have had several major brand toolboxes during my life. I still own a Matco Proformance box. I needed a small box for my shed, and had no intention of spending the money for a Snap-on or Matco. After looking at the Husky, I bought one. I didn't need it to be mobile, so I did not install the wheels. Instead, I built a 10" platform so as to get the height where I could work comfortably. (I'm 6'2") I haven't completely loaded my tools, but what drawers I have loaded move smoothly. My only gripe would be the detent that locks the drawer from rolling out on it's own, is a little stiff, causing tools to shift when you close it, or open it. The frame seems to be plenty rugged, and considering the price, it's a really well made box. I should also note that I considered the Kobalt brand, but found them to be very flimsy and the price was higher!

Well built with smooth full extension drawers and the casters roll around smoothly on our concrete floor. The height is good for putting parts on while working on a vehicle. The wooden top may be a little too nice for greasy car parts, but it is attractive. The only thing I would suggest is if the top had about a 6" overhang on one side to mount a small vice. Other than that this is a great cabinet at a good price. Oh yeah, you will need to buy drawer liners to protect the drawers and your tools.

It's sturdy, the drawers are precise and smooth (self closing) operating, with a lock. Its easy to move (on casters) with a convenient wooden top, work area. Best of all, I received this as a gift for a price of $298 on Oct 25.....1 month later it was offered, as a Black Friday price of $198. I went to Home Depot and they credited my account for the difference!!! Making this experience even better.

Pros- Wheels easily Lots of space I like the look of the wood tops Cons- Do not load this with too much weight. It's not super duty No drawer pads Drawers can come open when pushing around garage. Wood tops do scratch. MY BIGGEST CON- DARN STICKERS ON THE DRAWER FRONT ARE A MESS TO GET OFF. TOOK ME HOURS TO CLEAN THEM!!!!

When it arrived with damage I contacted Home Depot they were more than happy to process the return, but the problem with that is the product weighs over 200 lbs and it was a "fight" to install the casters(not enough room to get a socket on the nut). Other then the damage in transite, the bench works out well.
