This Job Box is heavy duty. With reinforced steel and steel side handles this Job Box is strong. Lockable for safety and water resistant if left outside.
I put this Job Box in the back of our Tahoe and it fits great. With lots of storage room I was able to fill it with tools, kids sports equipment and lots of other odds and ends.

bought this box for my new truck, rather than buying a steel box. worked great for about a year, but now the box does not seal out the weather like it did when new. It is fine until driving, then wind blows the snow and rain in. If you are looking to keep stuff dry while driving, look elsewhere. and the hinges did rust up quickly as noted in other reviews

I got this job box because I don’t own a truck, but have a need to transport various tools in my hatchback without them rolling around. The Husky utility box holds all of my tools and keeps them very stable in the back of the car. I particularly like the way the lid opens and locks in place with the two shocks, which allows for one-hand operation. In terms of sturdiness, the Husky name says it all. The entire box is constructed out of heavy plastic with a ribbed designed and there are metal reinforcements that provide extra rigidity. It has two metal handles that allow easy transport. When I unloaded it on the job site, it was sturdy enough to double as a seat. This is a heavy-duty utility box for sure. The only improvements that I wish it had are: some sort of hooks on the inside to allow bungee cords to be used to tie items down and wheels or rollers to allow one person to move the box around. Other than that I really like this utility box.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Anyone can open this box
This box has some mayor flaws, the box hasps can be opened with your bare hands, if you put locks on it is just for looks because is very easy to open without any tools, it doesn’t seal water, rain will get in the box and it will rust out your tools, the hinges and hasps rust out. You get what you pay for.

The main thing that really blows me away is how tough this job box is. I dropped this box off of the bed of a pickup truck and it didn't even leave a scratch. I couldn't believe it....so i dropped it again and still no damage. The latches are heavy duty and I do not seeing any chance of these failing in the near future. I feel that latches are usually the weak point in an item like this. The seal on this baby is water tight. I sprayed the perimeter with a garden hose and not a drop got inside. The handle and wheenls make this very easy to transport, especially if you have a big job site and considering this can weigh a few hundred pounds when fully loaded. I highly recommend this product.

Had this job box sitting on my deck now for a year as storage for lawn tool odds and ends. Waited some time to review to see how it would stand up. Now it's been through some amazing hail storms and heat. In fact, my deck gets afternoon sun and can reach temps of 115+ some summer days.
No signs of weakening. The lid hydraulic lifts work fine. No sign of serious leaks though it's not at all protected from the rather torrential rains we've had in recent months.
I have to say I'm more impressed than I expected to be.

Pretty sturdy and like the metal clasps to close the lid. Also like that it has a gasket around the lid so it hopefully will keep out some of the dust from our road.

To the point tough, easy to move around and I like the lid seal.
