Answer:
The LED array in my unit is a Bridgelux BXRA-40E1350-B-L4. The data sheet is available from the manufacturer and will tell you more about color temperature and binning than you wanted to know!

Answer:
The light is "bluer" than the typical "warm white" LEDs (3300K or so). I would agree with the previous poster's suggestion of 4000K.

Answer:
I don't know off hand, but I was able to find out that the array used is a Bridgelux V10 4000K 80CRI (V Series). You may be able to find the information in one of their datasheets.

No. This is not a fixture; there is no removable bulb. The LED array is built into the assembly.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bright, but not durable I really loved this light. I was tired of dying working around the heat halogens made so I went LED. This light suited all my needs, but after one fall, it stopped working. I know, you're thinking that I broke it and I did. The problem is that this is a work light. They're supposed to be made to take a little abuse and I expect better from my LED lighting as that's one of the things LEDs are best at. My light tipped over from maybe 4 feet while turned off even and it's dead. I just feel so disappointed. If this were a halogen light, I could swap the bulb in 3 minutes and keep going, but now I'm dead in the water until I replace the light. August 5, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Was great while it lasted This is a great work light, for the most part. Unfortunately, mine died after a little over two years. It started out by flickering occasionally, and now it won't turn on at all. Fortunately, I have some experience in bringing electronics back to life, so I'm going to try to perform an autopsy (hopefully it's just a failed capacitor in the power supply). But something like this really ought to last forever. October 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One Design Flaw Works great and is easy to assemble. So glad I went LED rather than halogen; worth the extra cost. One flaw: Although the lamp can be tilted upward at any angle you need, it cannot be adjusted at a downward tilt, at all. A downward tilt is pretty important if you're working on a floor, or even a table. It would've been so easy to make it fully adjustable; I can't figure out why they put it on the market like this. Still, I'm keeping it. Good lamp for the price and produces a good amount of light. September 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does the trick I was painting a room and wanted to have some very bright light that could help me find the wet edge. I took out my old halogen light and after 5 seconds of intense heat I decided to explore if LED made its way to work lights - homed on the HD website, and was glad to see this option. I light the fact that it can work with and without the stand, that the stand is adjustable height, and that there is a good bright output. It was easy to install out of the box, took only a minute. Would highly recommend and quite portable. The only small issue is the large footprint of the tripod stand, so you need to make sure you have the room on the floor to properly stand the tripod. I also wish there was a high and low setting, but they only have an on-off switch. September 16, 2014
