Soccer field lighting?

After daylight savings, our soccer practices will end up in the dark. I can move practices earlier, but I stand a chance that not all the kids can make it there on time. For nnyone using this system...do you think one light on each sideline of a 70 yard field will be sufficient to practice in the dark? Thanks.
Asked by: coach
No, I would not as these are rated for "indoor use only". As further argument along those lines, if you take one of these items apart, you will find a simple AC/DC power supply (like you would have on a printer or laptop) glued inside the metal housing.

This is a good product if you want to cheap out with a short-term light source, or perhaps only have occasional need of extra lighting. That doesn't describe me. Had my lamp for about 18 months, and the LED lights had by now faded to the point where they are no longer useable. I had a mind to replace the LEDs with better quality ones, but in unscrewing the bolts from the case, I found that the LED panel is actually soldered to the wires, and the individual lamps look like they are part of the panel. So, the only answer appears to be to throw this out when it fades and buy a new one. Planned obsolescence at its finest. Unless of course, you hardly ever use it, then it will last longer.

It has a starter that kept trying to get the light on. At first it would come on after awhile but then just stopped working. So just save your box and receipt and try another. Plan on using your extension cord because the light cord is like 4'. The tripod itself is ok but the light bracket that holds it on the tripod bends. The light should fold up the other way so the lens is protected and not exposed.

It it versatile, light weight and plenty bright for just about any job. I found it easily fit in a compartment of my motorhome and enabled me to light up my dogs x-pens at night. The tri-pod was sturdy and I could position the light where ever I needed. Also like that I can remove the light head and take it under my house for plumbing work. The fact that is does not get hot is wonderful. Highly recommend this work light

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prefect jobsite light You can't beat the quality for price with this one. This thing absolutely kills it with jobsite light performance. Zero heat unlike halogen lights which is a must for someone like myself that work in Arizona's also the clean LED lighting can really help improve quality of work when you can actually see what you're doing. Sturdy tripod stand and heavy duty cord are no joke. Definitely can't go wrong with this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unreliable I've had two of these now after returning another Husky light that burned out bulb in minutes, and ended up trading in the last for a Milwaukee light. Whoever is making these is cutting massive corners, as I've found and it looks like many of the other reviewers. The design is nice and the light's external parts seem well built, but I didn't get more than about 35 hours of out of either one. Also, each one did have some minor part missing, which really speaks to manufacturing conditions. I have some Husky products that are outstanding, many of the tool bags are truly pro level quality, but they need to find another maker for their lights, these are garbage.
