Answer:
I think I can help you Max. The power source is a simple AC/DC adaptor. It converts 110VAC to 12VDC. The unit has a model # on it, YDT-AC-005. There is no brand name on it.
The end on the adaptor is female and you probably knew that already since your box is wired.

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 80 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mobile Work Bench with LED lighting The Work Bench has greatly improved my Garage Storage capabilities. The drawers are easy to slide and very strong. The bottom drawers are large enough to hold my large drills, torches, and other tools. The ability to move the bench around allows for easy in working on large pieces while still being able to move it back into it's storage position next to the wall. The construction of the bench is very good with a couple of exceptions. The glass doors that come down when you shut the drawer allow the glass to come out of the holder when it is bumped or your are shutting the drawer with something in it that is too big. Also the protective rubber edging on the drawer rails tends to fall off if you bump it. Other then that this work bench is a great addition to your garage or workshop. January 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent useful purchase This cabnet organizes my tools and makes it easy access for me. The wheels let me locate it for my space needs and eases of use. I like being able to see what is where in my cabinet for speed of recovery and useage with the windows. I am a weekend user mostly for hobby, craft, and woodworking. I am extremely pleased and satisfied. Great product and serves my purpose without a doubt. December 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome 10 drawer LEd illuminated tool station!! Received this awesome 10 drawer station that has cool LED feature that illuminates all the drawers. Drawers are very spacious. Great quality July 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Useful design concept, but low quality. This is a tough one. I really like the functionality of the glass drawers, and the size/volume of the unit. However, the product quality is not very good. There are also a few design flaws. I did get it for a really good sale price (two fifty), but would rather have paid normal price for a better quality version. A couple things not apparent/correct from the page info… ~ The photo on the web page shows a lighted switch, but it has a non-lighted switch. ~ The handle and caster wheels can be put on either end (manual doesn't mention it). ~ The glass on the large drawers stay on the drawers, they don’t lift up like the shorter drawers. First, it’s packaged poorly. This resulted in multiple cosmetic issues. Chipped paint in multiple places, several edges bent/distorted, and the glass on one of the doors was out of track. The drawer handles did not have any plastic film on them, so they rubbed on the inside of the box during shipping, scuffing them up. Also, due to the way parts were stored in one of the bottom drawers, one of the drawer pads was damaged. Also, one of the pads missing, so only 9 drawers of the 10 have a pad. Quality wise, this unit is quite weak for what it is. Metal is too thin, bends and flexes far too easily. Structural reinforcements are missing or not sufficient, for example, the handle is bolted to the side sheet metal where there is no structural reinforcement, so handle easily flexes, twisting the entire side panel sheet metal. For the wheels, it came with two structural rails, however they only travel length wise and have a bend on only one side, so wheel frames still flex inward/outward when moving it around. In several places the powder coating is horrible, missing or so thin you see the metal. The plastic frames around the glass are weak and of a cheap plastic. Two of the drawers, the plastic is bowed and does not hold the glass correctly. It's like heat or something made the plastic change shape/stretch. Not a big issue, but the manual has what looks like hand drawings and been Xeroxed about a dozen times. It didn't mention the LED feature, but easy enough to realize to find the power port on the back of the unit and plug the included power adapter. The placement of the LED's leaves a lot to be desired. I’m surprised these are not along the sides of the drawers, which would provide much better visibility. Also, the power port for the LED power adapter is placed in one of the worst places. It’s on the back of the unit, sticking about 1.5 inches straight out the back, meaning the entire unit has to remain about 1-1.5 inches away from a wall else you will crush/break the connector, which is weak plastic and loose connecting to start with. A simple 90 degree plug on the power cord would help tremendously, however it would have been best if it was recessed, or on the bottom or something. A small issue, the cord on the power adapter is too short. It is just long enough to get the adapter above the wood top (3 ft max), limiting placement, many will need an extension cord when an outlet is only a foot or two away. Overall though, this unit is best used for light duty and where it remains stationary most of the time. The glass is good for usage, but is poor for security, so wouldn't recommend it for places where security is a concern. Now for the good. Like I said, the idea behind the unit is great. Glass drawer fronts is a great idea. On the shorter drawers, the glass is not attached to the drawer, so as you pull the drawer out, the glass lifts up, giving you drawers that have very low front edges which I like. I also like that the glass is glass, not plastic. So there is no distortion, easy to clean, and won’t fade or anything over time. It’s tempered glass, so is relatively strong (like car glass). The ball bearing drawer slides are super smooth even with loaded drawers. The LED concept is good and even in the poor location at the back of the drawers, they do provide benefit, they just could have been so much better if located on sides or front of drawers. The wood top is nice. It’s solid wood (not MDF) and both sides can be used. The wheels and the wheel frames are quite sturdy. It’s made in the USA. Not the best example of USA made products, but still always a plus. I got the unit for cheap. I’m going to keep it and make some modifications to make it better. I’m going to cut a piece of plywood that covers the entire bottom and put it between the unit and frame rails/wheels. This will strengthen it greatly by distributing the weight better across the bottom sheet metal. I’m also going to relocate the power port so the unit can sit flush against the wall. I’m also going to investigate moving the lights to different location, either towards the front of the drawers, or on their sides. I’m also going to see about structurally supporting the inside area where the handle is, or maybe adding a piece of plywood to the entire side and putting the handle on it (with longer bolts going through it and into the sheet metal threaded holes), then I can also mount hooks/brackets to the wood to hang items on the side. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing birthday gift Not only was the item dented but it was also missing the power cord which my husband will have to replace. The cord is used to illuminate the drawers. Because it was a gift my husband insisted on not returning it. Also it was time consuming to assemble so he did not want to invest that time on a new one. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disaster These tool boxes look pretty good if you don't look to close. I purchased 3 of them and waited anxiously for the delivery. As the truck driver unloaded them you could see the damage to the packaging. We removed the packing and all three boxes were damaged in transit. On close inspection we could really see how cheaply these boxes were made. They were made from very thin metal. The led lit drawers distract you from looking at the quality of the tool box. You go, Oh cool, led lights, and you just got snookered. I would not recommend this box to anyone. This toolbox should not be called Husky, maybe Fluffsky would be more appropriate. January 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Husky Work Center Ordered the unit online and when it arrived it was damaged. I followed the instructions to call Husky not Home Depot and after leaving my number numerous times finally got a call back. They told be they could not help me but gave me someone else to call. After a few emails and calls they told be sorry we will not take the unit back or do anything for you call Home Depot and get them to fix the unit.. Since it was online I gave up not wanting to waste more of my time. Paid for a damaged unit and my advise is not to buy anything from Husky or Home Depot on line you are taking a chance if it arrives damaged. January 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice box I bought this damaged on clearance at a fantastic price, this product is not a $1500 SnapOn rollaround, if you want a heavy duty box then buy one! This box is roomy, has great ball bearing slides, beautiful enough to use inside as furniture! I use it to store light wt bulky stuff that needs to be kept clean and organized. The box rolls around easily and has a nice wood top. The glass fronts and LED illumination are a nice touch. Would be a great cabinet for an industrial look kitchen! June 17, 2015
