Very nice 60 Gallon air compressor i would recommend keeping the plait on the compressor and useing rubber padding under the plait this helps in keeping the noise down my friends have them bolted right to the concert all the are is noise makers in my opinion this compressor with the dual cylinders is fast at keeping tools running and not losing all your air has nice valve under compressor and on top for releasing air to hoses hope it last many years Father son project hope it last like the one in my day

This is a total up grade from are old compressor i like the easy to use air release on the top and bottom great on off button easy wire to inlet i'm not the smartest tool in the shed when it come's to installs my son did it at 18 to gather he got it done presser holds well have been real happy on the things he has done so far the oil was a easy change have seen people complain about the oil change i use a lawn mower drain that goes in a funnel in to a quart of empty jug no drips i'm old not a winner we used the pallet i no it's a no no but listen you my find this will help with the noise that i have seen a lot of people complain about i also used Harbor freight rubber pads under the pallet it's quiet level and your not drilling into your concert and then got cracks in your concrete and if you want to move it's easy over all i hope this will last for my son back in the day i worked around these in the out door stalls never had a problem with any of it had air to spar only can hope the same for this

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mitchell Excellent purchase
Had a 30 gal prior to this purchase, great buy, mine takes 60 seconds to fill to my 140 psi setting which is above factory recommendation, had this for about 7 years now, replaced belt twice still runs great, had a 20 gal connected converting this one to an 80 gal easily filled in about the same amount of time, over time design may have changed I still highly recommend purchasing.

My first Husky of comparable size lasted about 7 years. This one didn't make it 5 months. The Marathon Electric motor burned out. 2 year warranty was worthless.

Got this in 08, use all the time in my home garage building and restoring cars. I use it a lot- many times per week. I even use it to power my sand blast cabinet. If I run it constantly like that, I always give it a 10-15 min break after a half hour or so- its in my basement (air conditioned) and plumbed out to the garage which keeps it cooler and air intake cleaner. I change the oil very regularly and drain the tank after every use. I haven't had a single issue with it. For sandblasting, it works, but you have to use a small nozzle so its pretty darn slow- no problem keeping up with impacts, sanders, etc.

I've had this unit for about 10 years now, and it's been a great asset. It is for home use, not industrial. Needs to run continuously for grinders, blasters, sanders, etc. It will run hot under these conditions. It's loud. After 10 years, I'm now seeing more oil in tank when draining condensation, but no surprise. I change oil and airfilters as suggested. Best to mount in location where there is air flow around the unit. I connected mine to a 30' galvenized manifold to extract more condensation - works great. Manifold is split for 'clean' air and 'oiled' air. For the home, this has been a great investment. Should have bought 15 years earlier.

I bought this compressor as an upgrade from the 8 gallon compressor I was using. I use it to run (not at the same time), a blast cabinet, HVLP gun, airbrush, car tire inflator, and blow guns. It works great for all of these.
I run it pretty consistently and it never lags behind, even while running the blast cabinet.
I'm currently in the process of setting up a water removal system with PEX and copper piping, drain valves, and filters.
If you're going to use this for painting, make sure you set up a filter, as it runs pretty warm, and warm means condensation.
I have no complaints about the compressor itself, as it does exactly what it claims to do.
