Customer Questions & Answers

is this a dual voltage motor?
Asked by: infidel
If you mean, will it operate on 120v or 240v, the answer is no. It operates on 240 volts. I actually had to add a sub panel and then a 240v outlet. I then wired a plug with wire to the compressor. It can be wired directly to your panel if you have no need to ever move it.

Can I transport this unit on it's side? I don't have an open truck, only an SUV. i cannot transport standing up.

Asked by: Larry
I put mine in the back of an SUV. just be sure to have the control switch facing up and lay it on a tarp to be sure if any oil leaks out you don't stain the carpet
