Ordered one of these tool chests, and went to the store to pick it up. When I got home and unloaded it (460 pounds) I discovered that it had been dropped off the back of a truck or something and damaged. After calling the store the next morning, within a couple of days two store managers came with a dumpo truck and hauled it back to the store. They ordered another tool chest and had it trucked to my door. (no charge) This is a quality box, the drawers are smooth, the locking system is smooth, the wheels are smooth. I really like the hardwood top for a work space. I have to say, this Elk Grove Home Dumpo store out shines every other Home Dumpo I have ever shopped. These people are so helpful, so attentive, so friendly. Heck, I might even go back to calling it Home Depot again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by vf1983 amazing price!!!
lets be honest, for the price of a snapon box of equal size you can purchase 10 of these puppies and stack them into a mobile cubicle. once your cubicle of husky boxes has been erected you can set atop it laughing at all below who chose to purchase a snapon tool box. overall good quality and functionality. amazing price. very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jay For the money this is the best deal ever...not snap on quality i own both
overall this is a killer deal i got for 599$ however if you load it like i do my snap on box you may have issues. i bought this to hold all my extra tools like compression tester ball joint tool, electrical tools etc.
Main issue i have is deep drawers do not have double slides. great box over all though if you are a diy guy this is best box you can get for money. if you put 800 lbs of sockets in top drawer like i do you need a 5000$ box.
overall i say buy it i got free shipping to store took like a week

This a very good tool chest. Tons of room. I took two large Craftsman tops and bottoms that were full and now I know where everything is. ok, No its not a $5000 unit, but it is as good or better than the Craftsman boxes it replaced. Better really. just wish Home Depot carried a 66" top chest.

Great tool box I use it all of the time I've had it for 4 months and I'm really impressed with the mobility even after I filled it with all of my tools. The drawers work great when loaded down and no sagging. My wife is happy now because I get things done faster around the house.

I bought this box for price and size. I am happy over all. The is not a snap on or Mac but it is actually made pretty darn good for a low priced large box. It is better quality then the Husky boxes you see in the store. I'm not gonna say they should make it better here or there cause that would just raise the price. But what I don't like is the top drawer has a slide in the middle to support the center of the drawer which when I open mine the slide hits the rivet and over time it will just break the slide. Need smaller rivets. So over all great looking large functional tool box at great price. I am a mechanic and will use it daily will see if it can withstand the daily usage.

Okay so , I looked at many other tool boxes before I decided on this one and man am I glad I bought this box. The draws slide like butter and it rolls around great. You can buy more expensive tool boxes and brag about how much you spent on your S...on or M....a.....c but talk is cheap and talk doesn't allow you to buy more tools with the money that you saved by NOT being a big shot.
Trust me when I say this is a big boy tool box.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by GregG Big tool chest but not well built
This cabinet is not very well made. Mine arrived with damaged slides. Although they offered to send replacement slides, they would not compensate me enough for my time to drill out the existing slide rivets and install the new one. The gauge of the metal is 15-16 at best. The drawers are too big to be supported by only one set of slides. The drawers that did function, did not do so very well. This is a $500 tool cabinet at best, and that is being generous. Mine is going back to the store as the home depot customer care associates were unable to make me happy enough to keep this flimsy box.
