Fantastic help at Home Depot. Install was a breeze and the product is very solid and well built. Couldn't be happier with it!

This product looks great on our truck. We recently re-designed our company trucks and it goes well with the design. Also, many truck boxes don't come with mounting hardware. This product does, so that is a plus!
Thanks for making a great product!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Hewydog I like the product it's self, the size, and how it's set up.
The truck box it's self is a nice unit. The one in my truck bed is the second one. The first box wouldn't open. Both boxes had damage straight from the factory but this second one is fully functional. My store discounted it for the damage it has. I'm quite happy with the deal.

The Husky 70â deep tool box for your truck bed is not only good looking, but easy to mount and 1â deeper than my other name-brand âdeepâ tool box. The mounting system is easy to use to securely fasten the tool box to your truck. With the bolts under the locked lid, it adds security too.
I used to live in Colorado and we would get cold snow that was like powder. My old tool box did not seal properly and that snow would creep under the tool box lid. When the weather warmed it would turn into water and could ruin some of the contents in my tool box. But not with Huskyâs tool box! It features a rubber gasket just like your truckâs doors! That means no more fine snow â or sand â sneaking under the lid!
What I like best and what sets this truck tool box apart from other cross-bed tool boxes is that I can lock or unlock from either side of the tool box! That means saved steps for me and a greater ease of use. The opening levers are easy on the hands and much easier to use that the push buttons or levers that other tool boxes use! The diamond plate really makes for a sharp appearance for any truck, be it a hard-working beater or a high-end show truck.
The only fault I can find is that the sides of the tool box slope in, not straight down. This causes the box to lose some interior storage, but you gain some storage in your truck bed. It seems to be a wash that way. This is a fantastic truck bed tool box and I look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!

I've been working on my son's house for several years, and hauling all my tools in cardboard boxes and empty 5-gallon paint buckets. Keeping my tools from being ruined by the weather, or stolen by some opportunistic thief, has always been a major concern. For years, I have wanted to good weather-proof, secure tool box for my truck, and this one fits the bill perfectly! It features a stoutly built aluminum box, recessed handles that lock by key, and nice hardware for locking, as well as gas-charged opening shocks on the lid. The label shows two guys standing on the lid as proof of it's strength, and I can attest to that. I got up on it and danced around, and it was very sound and secure. Installation was a breeze! It took longer to get it out of the packaging than it did to actually install it. All you need to install, is a 1/2-inch hand-wrench. It attaches to the truck bed side-rails by "J" hook-bolts; one per side. Husky includes two rubber weather-strips to attach to your truck bed where the tool box sits on it, to protect your paint and minimize vibration. This thing is big enough, that a small family could practically live in it. Lots of space for tools! The label says that this fits 1999-2013 Chevy & GMC trucks, 02-13 Dodge trucks and 97-13 Ford trucks. I can say that it was a perfect fit for my old 1984 Chevy Full-Size pickup. Lastly, the shiny finish of the aluminum toolbox gives my otherwise drab old truck some serious "Bling"! This is a great looking, well designed and built tool-box that any truck owner would love! Oh, did I mention that it is assembled in the USA? Go Husky and Home Depot!
