Our rifle club purchased these cabinets for supply storage. They were the perfect replacement for some old wooden cabinets that had been built over the years, they have enhanced the looks of our renovated meeting room. Very happy.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bush Bad packaging for pretty good product.
I bought three cabinets. The metal is not very strong. The design is poor, with spot welds where rivets or bolts should have been and just poor design for shelves and supports. Locks and hinges also are cheap. Most importantly, the cabinet was poorly packed in Styrofoam and cardboard, and the cabinet was smashed in transit. Home Depot was great about getting me a replacement for no extra cost, but it was packaged the same way and arrived almost as badly damaged as the first. One transit issue is that the shelves are mounted when shipped, and they fall out and bash up the insides during the shipping. Finally, there are no instructions at all. Although no assembly should be required, I spent a long time reassembling what had been damaged in shipping.

I ordered this cabinet and a matching small hanging cabinet for my mancave/shop. Chose this unit for the hanging area which I will use to store my golf clubs. I poured over reviews and specifications and was intent on buying this one, even though every other review mentioned damage, either dents, missing parts, scratches and such. I was in no hurry and decided if I didn't like the shape it was in, I'd return it and have them deliver another. The first unit arrived at the store and the outside cardboard looked like a forklift had damaged the bottom. The folks at HD assured me that after inspecting, the cabinet was not damaged. I took it home and when i finally opened it 2 weeks later there was a huge dent at the bottom. I borrowed a truck and returned it, ordered another one and hoped for better results. We opened this one completely to find a dent on the front edge about two feet from the bottom. The store manager offered 10% off (10% that I was going to receive for my military discount anyway) I agreed only if I would get an EXTRA 10% off my next big purchase. I told them the damage wasn't worth returning the whole thing and waiting another week for my cabinet. I subsequently hammered out the small dent and moving the metal lined up the lock and now it works properly. As long as HD agrees to discount slightly damaged merchandise or return it to HUSKY, I think the brand is very good. Just be patient and willing to put up with the inconvenience. As noted in most of these reviews and reviews of other similar units, HUSKY folks need to be more careful with their products.

Well built cabinet, for the most part, and it was great to receive it pre-assembled. A note inside called out one of the two major faults I found with this item: the otherwise smooth surface on the front of the doors is marred by lumpy looking areas left by the welds in several places. The door lock is flimsy and finicky as well.

The cabinets are alright, but the locks and the doors are sub standard. A cabinet costing this much should at least lock up tight, these do not. You can easily break into them by rocking the cabinet back and forth, which shifts the shelves, thus releasing the single locking point which latches behind one of the shelves.
A shelf of this price and heavy duty construction should lock top and bottom, these only have one locking point, in the middle, for both doors. Not as secure as I would like, giving I have sharp tools and hazardous chemicals inside. Not only that but even when leveled with a level, the doors do not align. They hang about an inch apart. Also, forgot to mention, I bought two and they both are as described.
All in all they are alright, but nothing I would ever buy again.

Cheaply built, poor quality cabinet. Not any where near the quality it needs to be. Flimsy and not very secure at all. Might be a decent deal for $100.00, but not worth the price paid.

I have seen other reviews where the item comes in damaged. It was going in my garage so I did not care. Yep, they hit it with the forklift at some point and a very large gash/dent at the bottom of the cabinet. There are also dings all over this thing. Again, didn't really care, just hate to pay full price on something like this for a damaged product. Talked with the lady at HD in the receiving department and she called online customer service the next day and they did give me a $30 credit back for the damage. It is a nice cabinet, well built etc. The hanging bar is perfect for my needs and these are hard to come by in a storage cabinet.
JUST KNOW IT IS GOING TO BE DAMAGED

We specifically wanted a garage storage solution that would hold all our golf paraphernalia... the configuration of half shelves allow the clubs to fit on one side and shoes and other to fit on the shelves... this is a nice box, but before buying be aware that for some reason as many others have indicated in reviews that the front doors will have dings... nor sure why - the cabinet appears to be protected appropriately, so my conclusion would be that they come from the plant with them... maybe HD can go back to the mfg and see if they can get better quality... anyway the price is reasonable and the storage capability is what we needed so we kept them and will use them for golf equipment...
