Can I use for Mac

Asked by: Nena
I've never owned a MAC but if it has either Philips or Slotted screws this tool is perfect! It has tips that are sure to fit as well as last. It will come in handy for many other things also. All the tips store in the handle I've had mine for years now and it gets a lot of use

8-in-1 Precision Slotted and Philips Screwdriver Set is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 58.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from A cheap substitute Husky (and Home Depot) have replaced their HD-74501 AB model screwdriver with this sorry, cheap substitute that is now made in China. The metal bits are inferior and bend easily, even on the small screws they were designed for. The round screwdriver body is slippery and difficult to grip whenever your hands get wet or oily. Worse, the price is nearly identical to the old, far superior product. This product is not worth the price and should never have been put on the shelves!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from husky just lost a tech company the previous version was WAY better quality husky doesn't care just want to save a buck. the deal breaker for me was the top doesn't spin well which defeats the purpose. if your purpose is to use it like a daily work tool look elsewhere. unfortunately me and my company will no long purchase husky tools unless they bring the old tool back

The only draw back I have with this product is that a bit MUST always be in the "chuck". I'd prefer all the bits to be stored in the handle when not is use. They are small-ish and are likely to be misplaced or lost by not being "sealed away" somewhere when not in use. As for the actual use of the tool, it does the job nicely. Having a longer and substantial handle to hold when using small parts was good for me.

I have used this version, the tips are poor and the handle is easy to break. I do small precision work and the old model is a favorite go to tool. This "thing resembling a screwdriver" is not even a poor substitute. Please, go back to your old supplier, I would pay a premium for it.

I have purchased many "micro-drivers" over the years. This one is the best so far. Why? It is large enough to not get lost, yet precise enough to result in good function. Not crazy about all 'Husky' products, but this one I recommend.

Bought to loosen small screws on a thermostat. Two bits broke while removing 5 screws. Poor quality and it is something I would expect from a Dollar store but not Home Depot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from just ok It is handy for small things around the house. The problem is that the product is not the best quality. The tip falls out often. may have been better to purchase something similar but made better.
