working on my roofing doing shingles... save your knees & buy these guys. the hard yet non-sliding surfacce will help keep you on the roof. The flat & angular sides also help stabalize you & helps while on the ladder while using your knees to brace. Use it as a resting pad for your knees on hard surfacces.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Billybob These attach easily and are comfortable to use. They are actually about half way between a hard cap and a soft cap which is what I wanted for the garden. The attachment studs do break loose if you catch them on anything so I can't get them to last more than about 3 months. They do work well till they break though.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by HillbillyHobo Not so good knee pads
I purchased these pads as a replacement for a very cheap pair of pads which had a course mesh as a liner which goes directly against the knee. The liner in these pads are good and feel good on the knees but the straps pull the pads down continuously making them aggravating to wear. And the large straps made it uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time. I was forced to go back to cheap pair which cost 1/4 the price of these.
I would suggest investigating a different set of pads.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ken Knee pads are OK
The product seemed like a good deal for the price ($18).
The pads offer good protection. The straps are OK.
However, as another reviewer mentioned, they slip down and this can be very annoying.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rumpole poor fit, uncomfortable to wear
As noted in other reviews these pads fit poorly and constantly slip down. The straps are uncomfortable and the pads are unstable left-right as well. I tried variations on how to attach straps to buttons to no avail. One use convinced me to return them. My previous experience with HDX comfort grip knee pads was excellent over a period of years, but I could not find a replacement in the HD tools section with other knee pads. I now learn that they are in the tiles section and will pick up a new pair immediately.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MrFixit Very Comfortable knee pads
Many knee pad products work well to protect your knees from injury while forgetting there is a comfort level involved, especially when wearing those knee pads 9+ hours a day ,5 days a week. This knee pad is very comfortable as well as durable.
This knee pad is a great value and is priced surprisingly low for the quality.
The only con for this product would be its not a knee pad for use outside on concrete surfaces...

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jimmyd Great feel and very comfortable
I only wish I purchased these years ago. Ego got in the way. But not at almost 70 I thought I would give them a try. I chose Husky as Husky has alway been good to me. The knee pads are gel files and are totally comfortable.
