Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great pads but poor straps that are sure to fail Ive been through three pairs of these. The first pair lasted for about six months through intermittent and weekend use during a home interior renovation and then the Velcro straps on the pads ripped out from where they were sewn into the base of the knee pads. So I bought another pair...this second pair did the same thing after a couple months of yet again intermittent use. I was however able to between these two failed pairs still salvage two working pads so I used this mixed pair for some more time until one more strap failed so I then needed another pair of working knee pads. I really, really like the design and feel of these (Velcro straps, fit on my knees, amount of padding and the shape of the hard outer shells) ) so I took a chance and bought a third pair. This time was the worst as I got only about four hours of continuous use and one of the new pads yet again had a strap tear out of the knee pad. So don't waste your time on these of you are doing serious work with them. They may be OK for easy gardening or similar duty but for hard work no way worthwhile as they won't hold up. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 3 years of use These are comfortable knee pads. I've used them from cleaning and grouting floors to installing a paver patio. The velcro is still in good shape and the straps don't pinch the back of your legs. I would recommend these knee pads. August 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Straps ripped out Had these knee pads for 4 weeks and used them only on the weekends for DIY projects. They didn't even last 4 weekends before the straps ripped out where they are sewn on, on both of them! Bad quality, returned to store. April 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by they protected my knees! We refinished our floor which was in terrible condition. I ended up spending a lot of time crawling around on a hard floor. For the first couple of days I didn't worry too much. Then we got out the cheap foam knee pads. Better than nothing but they were awkward and not terribly effective. As the project dragged on, I bought these to make the job more comfortable. I'm so glad I did! Suddenly, crawling around was so much more comfortable. If recommend these to anyone! December 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Does not stay in place You can't walk around with this thing on your knees; it won't stay there for long. I kept adjusting it after every few minutes, which was super annoying. May 6, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Saves the knees but can be abrasive to the back of the knee Plenty of relief when kneeling on hard surfaces. I use them outside on rough surfaces and they handle the wear well. However, I have found that in order for the pads to stay in position with a lot of repeated standing and kneeling movement I need to tighten the elastic straps. But the result is pressure to the back of the knee and even bruising after a long day of work. They would be better if the straps were wider. Maybe they wouldn't create so much pressure? Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by they are comfortable I am a roofer that deals with EPDM and the knee pads did not last a month, the straps had streched out and now they don't stay still. May 22, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Non-Marking Soft Cap Knee Pad I have used a variety of different knee pads before but these are by far the best. Great product. Best overall of all knee pads I have ever used. October 28, 2014
