Answer:
I'm not sure exactly how many pounds it weighs but it is relatively light compared to other framing nailers. This is an excellent tool to have and because of the light weight you can nail all day without getting fatigued. Plus the palm nailer is great for small areas where the big nailer won't reach and is also very light weight.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 19 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value. Palm nailer was a great surprise. Used the nail gun the other day. Drove nails cleanly. The unit has nice features: soft shoe to protect wood finish; available bump-nail trigger; good weight. I read a lot of the reviews regarding this unit. A consistent complaint was that the nail gun won't shoot the last 3 or 4 nails. My nail gun is no different, but I don't find it to be a big problem. The price for the unit just can't be beat and I consider it a great value. The condition of the unit was "like new". Got the user manual on-line with ease. The purchase came with a palm nailer. Never used one before, but found it to be VERY useful. Communication from Home Depot, confirming the purchase and delivery, was prompt and accurate. I've made additional purchases. October 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good gun for the price! I bought this combo for putting up a loft in one of my pole barns and other than the occasional misfire the framing nailer never missed a beat. The true surprise to me was the palm nailer as I had never used one. this thing was great for driving nails in the joist hangers and truly a savior. All in all if you occasionally get into a framing project this is a good buy for the money, if you use these tools for a living I would look at something higher end probably. July 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best gun ever I bought this gun a several months ago and since then, I've used inseveral projects, such as shed, deck, and fence. probably I've fired 7000+ so far, and this gun did shoot each time like a charm. it will work and last depending how you take care of it. Dont save on oil, keep the gun constantly oiled, if you are not using for more than a month, don't be lazy, put some more oil in it and the gun will last forever. I've had one before this one, much better brand( means more expensive, nothing else), but that thing died on me after 400 nails.Greta gun for $100 bucks, and it works like charm. November 22, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Flawless operation for DIY I purchased this reconditioned combo with zero experience using either a nail gun or a palm nailer. Both were utilized to build a tool shed and went through a couple thousand nails without a jam or a hitch. The palm nailer is very loud and consumes more air per nail than the nail gun, so I used it sparingly to keep the noise down in the neighborhood. The only negative I have is that the instructions are minimal and assume the operator already knows how to use the tools in practice. Other than that, perfect. September 6, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor nail gun I bought the nail gun to do a few projects around the house garage and such.....shelving and build a shed.....I have gotten as far as the shelving......running the gun with a 6 gal porter cable pancake compressor(so air is good) about every 3rd nail doesnt sink sticks out about 1/4 inch or so completely defeats the purpose of a nailer if you have to hammer nails in by hand.......I should have spent a litter more got a better tool......wouldnt recommend.... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome deal I bought this gun over 2 years ago to re-frame a roof, after the roof I built a deck, shed, remodeled a kitchen, redid siding and lent it to friends for their projects. I expected a failure by now because of the cheap price but this gun has preformed flawlessly for me. This gun has been abused; dropped of roof several times, ran over, and taken some beatings, but still preforms like new. One of my best tool buys ever. February 8, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Ordered this unit to build garden shed. Ran two sticks of nails through it and it stopped working. Striker would stick and would not retract and tool would fire blanks, Repeatedly took nails out, reset striker, and retry. It would fire one nail, then misfire again. Frustrating! Drove 20 miles to Home Depot, returned it and bought a Ridgid. Ever who reconditioned the tool didn't do a very good job. Never got a chance to try the palm nailer. October 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by To the reviewer with 3rd nail troubles First I would suspect air pressure and that possibly you have it set to minimum working operation. Allowing the first nails to be driven correctly but on the 3rd nail your pressure has dropped below minimum operation. Second return to your home depot because with my inline regulator set at 90 and my compressor set at 100 I run this nailer all day long in sequencial mode without any issue August 3, 2013
