I bought this to use instead of a (high end) nailer I borrowed from my son-in-law that was to heavy for my bad sholders. It's almost half the weight and works just as good. After using it I purchased the finish nailer combo kit and a palm nailer!
I have shot well over 2,000 2&1/2" nails without a single missfire.

I needed an framing gun for a volunteer restoration project of a historical house in my area. As the the conservancy was paying for it, I needed a very good value for the money. I got the refurbished Husky. It looked new and came with all the extras (no case though). It took me a few minutes to get it to work. Oil it first and work the "hammer" back and forth with the supplied Allen wrench. There is a nail depth adjustment on the front you have to experiment with to get right. You need to readjust when switching from flat nailing to toe nailing. I am still learning to use it, but I like it. Toe nailing is still kind of a pain. Doesn't drive the nail as far as I would like. It has a lot of power and wants to jump on you if you don't really hold it down hard. That's real difficult when toe nailing. The cleat doesn't really help, but like I said I am still learning to use it. Once I have it figured out I think I will like it even more than I do now.

I purchased this product to remodel my basement. Thus far it has performed exactly as described with no issues. The item was listed as Class A refurbished. This included a few barely noticeable blemishes and chips of paint on the surface. Otherwise, great value for the investment.

I previously owned a 20 year old Bostitch framing nailer, $175 to repair. I purchased this nailer for $75. I am not a contractor, so it is not being used hard. Been using for 2 weeks and it has worked perfectly. Thanks.

My husky framing nailer is one of the best I have ever used. It is very easy and light weight. Easy on the arms and body. I highly recommend this product to everyone

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by John Nice nailer
Product came as advertised. The nailer looks almost new. I had to spend some adjusting it but, in the end it works just fine. It should be fine for home use. Make sure your air compressor is big enough.
