SAE Ratcheting Combination Wrench Set (10-Piece) is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic quality and build I recently acquired a full set of these ratcheting wrenches and came away very impressed. The build quality is fantastic and the ratcheting mechanism is robust and smooth. This is all-metal construction with a highly durable chrome finish. Once you have a ratcheting wrench, you'll never want to go back again. Purchase any of these and you'll be very pleased. Well done, Husky.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set of wrenches! Ratcheting wrenches are great. You can slip them into tight spaces where a typical socket just won’t fit and you don’t have to fool with resetting the box end wrench position all the time. What I like about this set is that these are some heavy duty wrenches, solid steel construction. The wrenches also have a reasonable fine degree of movement before the next ratcheting position. This allows you to make even very small movements that will actually ratchet and drive the movement of the target bolt or nut. Great for very tight places like you find under the hood of a car. Every toolbox needs a set of these!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adfequate wrench set This SAE ratcheting end wrench set is the basic design. It ratchets 70 times per revolution, which results in just over 5 degrees/step resolution. You should add a bit for clearances in the bolts fit and the wrench mechanism itself and would probably get 7-8 degrees total. That is normal for this type. The wrench has no offset at the ratcheting boxed end and you must turn over the wrench to reverse it. Again, nothing new here, but you should realize that without an offset, it will not work in all situations and cannot be "broken" loose from the nut/bolt by reversing direction only. If you need those capabilities, you should buy a more expensive reversing wrench set. I found no other issues with this set. Just remember this set is not a more expensive forged set. Those are the ones you see for over $100 a set elsewhere. I see no way to open and clean out the ratchet mechanism, so these wrenches probably cannot be repaired if they jam or start to slip/skip because of internal contamination. Nevertheless, you can't beat the price for a 10-wrench set. I have both metric and SAE sets. If you keep them in the supplied plastic carrier, you can tell them apart: metric has a gray carrier and SAE has black carrier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Design Works Well This is a very useful set for installing or removing fasteners where space is limited. These wrenches are not offset (they are flat), allowing for easy access over nuts/bolts in tight spaces, which is particularly helpful compared to other styles of wrenches (usually offset). There is no switchable lever to reverse the ratchet action, instead the tool must be flipped over. This simple design allows the tool to be used in most situations where there is limited clearance. The downside is that the lack of offset could make it difficult to wrap your fingers around the wrench where more leverage is required. The degree of ratchet movement is very fine, which again is helpful to tightening or loosening fasteners in confining spaces. The plastic case is a little flimsy but sufficient to hold the set together for transport. Overall, this is a well-built wrench set that I think will provide years of service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow.... Should have bought this 10 years ago Fathers day present for my Dad... was doing the rear brakes on the wife's Murano and my ratchet would not fit and my open wrenches end at 13 mm (I needed a 14 and 19mm) so I drove over to my dad and borrowed this set to solve my problem. Closed end of the wrench fit great in the space and worked great in a tight space. I was worried I should have gotten the fancy ratchet wrenches that are hinged. I am not an avid mechanic and this is perfect for me and my dad. I did have to go buy him another set though because I am not letting these go!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice set! This is a nice set of wenches. The open end side is a perfect fit on nuts and bolts. the racheting end has a little arrow to show you the direction of turn. The size is also engraved into the chrome. I have used these for about a month now and find they are a great additionto my tool chest. The plastic storage set up is handy also. Each wrench locks in by size and snaps in place. A real nice set.
