Answer:
Ideal's springs are 25" relaxed and will not fit if your present spring is 19" relaxed. You will need to weigh your garage door and choose your spring by weight

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Saved time and money now and in future I faced an expensive and time-consuming repair of the broken torsion-spring balance system (NOT from Home Depot) on my garage door. With these springs, and cables and pulleys also available from Home Depot, I was able to refit the door easily and quickly with the pictured, tension-spring system. All springs wear out over years, but in future I will be able to replace only the springs, not an entire torsion system, for even greater saving of time and money. October 26, 2013
