No they are not the same. No. 2 hinges are installed on the outer edge of the door, connecting panels two and three.
No. 3 hinges connect panels three and four. They are also a different size.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Product exceeded expectations. Recently one of the hinges on my 30 year old garage broke. Until my neighbor mentioned it, I had not thought to look on the Home Depot website for a replacement part. Lesson learned! From now on, I'll START with the Home depot website. April 1, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beware I had roller and hinge problems with a garage door. I replaced some of the hinges and rollers and it worked great! I decided to replace all of the old ones, not just the very worst. Once installed I ran a trial opening of the garage door and one or more of the hinges and/ or rollers got stuck. The garage door motor continued to pull it, warping the garage door. Now I face replacement of the entire door. July 18, 2015
