Answer:
The SKT9303 in conjunction with SK278 and SK7115 will work for left or right side of door application. The SKT9303 is used on the outside of the door to lock the SK7115 slide lock on the inside of the door. The SK278 is used to unlock the SK7115.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Security design issue??? I am not sure I understand why screws are fitted from the outside of the lock. Seems like a security issue here. Other locks I've fitted are screwed from the inside rather than outside. Am I missing something? Thank You! Mike. April 23, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Quality is good but unknown details are a deal breaker. One, this is made to mount vertically, not horizontally. They don't tell you that. You can tell in the picture, the key slot should be vertical with the straight edge of the key downwards (so dust doesn't get in the pins). Two it rotates to lock to the right. I needed one that rotated to lock to the left. I had to totally redo the interior of the locking mechanism on the garage rails to get it to work. Three they don't tell you the length of the square shaft and it doesn't have drilled holes for the locking (drift) pin to attach the other (interior) T-handle. If I were not an experience metal worker I would not have been able to use this lock. December 3, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by An easy replacement I just had to replace my rusty old garage door handle and found this one from Ideal Security. It was an easy enough replacement and seems to be working well. Turns nicely compared to the old one! January 17, 2009
