The specifications say the height to the top of the refrigerator is 20", but the height of the product is 31.9". Why are these different?

Is one of these dimensions an error?
Asked by: Confused
20" is probably the inside spec, there is a small freezer section in the top that takes up room.

what is the estimated yearly energy consumption?

In other words.. how much energy does it use to run? It says it's not CEE rated, nor Energy Star approved.. but on another site it states that it uses 206kWh per year and has an estimated running cost of $22 per year. A customer thoughtfully tested this and reported: "POWER CONSUMPTION: I have a very useful "Kill-A-Watt" power meter ($30) which I can plug anything into to see what the gadgets draw and what they cost. The "Energy Guide" says "$22 estimated yearly operating cost." Wrong. Here are the figures: after 335 hours continuous use, 75 watts/1.43 amps/170va (great for a mini-generator during a storm, plus it will stay cold a long time without power), .44pf, COST@ $0.110/kwh = 20 cents a day, $1.45/week, $6.25/month, $76.12/year. " Does anyone else have any experience or feedback about this?

3.2 cu. ft. Mini Refrigerator in Black is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 60.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 23 days Size and shelving was perfect for our office. We noticed a clicking noise about 5 days after purchase. One of our co-workers, who previously worked at an appliance store, said the unit had a bad compressor. She was right. Unit stopped working after 23 days. Returned to store and bought an in-stock Magic Chef.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from College Fridge The front door was dented but since it was going in my son's dorm room, I wasn't too concerned. He has used it for about 3 weeks. Hopefully, it will be a good college purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a good little mini frig You can put a lot of cans in this box... but the freezer is not practical to say freeze a mug or martini glass. The freezer is too small to really do much. You have to keep this thing loaded too, the suction on the door -- pulls the entire frig out so a little weight in the box ( sodas beers ) is mandatory to enable the door to open without taking the entire box with it. otherwise the best bargain put there!. It does the job.

According to the website, the height of the unit was 31.9" to the top hinge. The actual height was 33" and would not fit under the counter space. The information on the website was misleading. Took the product back to the store for a full refund.
