Would you put a brown doorbell on a White House? Why does this product come only in white?? My house has brown trim and the doorbell push buttons apparently are not available in brown. Also, not easy to paint. Functionally, appears to work.

I installed the door chime myself. The directions were clear and concise.

It does work as expected. I wish the doorbell buttons did not look so "after-market." The little red LED that lights when the button is depressed has some value because the bell waits until after the button is released before sounding. The delay of the chime is a bit aggravating because, standing outside, I want to hear the sound as I take the action. The light gives instant feedback, but it lends a little to the after-market feel. But, as I said, the doorbell works just fine.

My contractor cut and removed the wires and we had no way to rewire the old door bell. This wireless kit is great, ease install. The two chimes let us know which door our guest are at and they sound very classy.

Sometimes it works and sometimes not. You have to press the button 'just so' in order for it to connect.

I really like the door bell I choose. Nice and loud chime that can be herd from anyware in my apartment. However, the installation of the batteries for the small push button ringers is truly a challenge to open the back to insert the batteries. the door was nearly impossable to remove. and had I known how difficult it was I would have choosen a different kind of ringer to purchase. This should not be a difficult thing to put batteries in. I liken it to opening a bottle of asprin when your head hurts and it hurts more as hyour attempting to gain access to the madicine.
