Door looks great. The door is a bit thick for the channel of my door but it does sit in securely. This causes the header to be about a half inch short but that is not a big deal for me. Other than that he install was pretty easy.
When I recieved the door the package was in good condition but one of the nylon "springs" was broken. I called the support number and they shipped me new ones which I received in two days.
I've had the door two weeks, and it works and looks great. I previously had a dog door with a single flexible flap. It took a few days for my dog to get used to it, but now she loves the wider door.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this door. I needed the most weather tight and energy efficient door possible and when I saw that this door had those features and that it was made just for vinyl patio sliders, my decision was made. It fits beautifully and was not too hard to install. I am a 61 year old woman, who is fairly handy, and was able to do it by myself. Having another person to help would have made it easier, but I was able to manage alone. Honestly, the hardest part was the last step of trying to make my slider's lock work with the new dog door. It took a bit of trail and error to get it to line up and latch, but I was finally successful. This door is used by my 4 dogs ranging in size from a 9 pound Chihuahua to a 50 pound Australian Shepherd. The flap is definitely heavier and harder to move than their previous door, but they all quickly learned. The porch that the door exists onto is a bit lower than the house, so I did add a cement block as a step to help the Chihuahua. The door looks very nice and matches my slider perfectly. I am very pleased with it!

I didn't know what to expect from a dog door for the patio sliders, but we are very pleased! It was packaged well, easy to install and looks great. My dogs were used to just going in a flap, so it took them a while to adjust to the hard plastic door. Very nice weather proof design that is working great for the Colorado snow.

We purchased online and the door arrived quickly. It required a bit of time to install about 20-30 minutes, but it is secure and the sliding door locks into it. Be sure you order the right size for your door opening This door provides peace of mind to us and our Shepherd loves going in and out when needed.

The flap is sturdy, my 85 lb pitbull terrier runs through it at warp speed and has not broken or damaged it! We have had two heavy rain storms and no water got in. Security flap seals tightly. Perfect fit for our home.

Door was fairly simple to install. LOOKS FABULOUS! This is the perfect option for those who are renting or do not want to permanently alter their home. This door can be removed and brought to a new home easily. I have three various size dogs and this is working great for even the smallest who weighs only 7 lbs. This door is very well built and is secure. Love it!

The door was much nicer and sturdier that we expected. It was easy to install and we LOVE the magnets around the dog door flap to keep the draft out. Amos (our dog) got used to it very quickly and it's easy to clean. It was a great purchase!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SnakeRiverGriz Most excellent product! Never any frost even to -15 degrees.
Most excellent product! I live within 100 miles of West Yellowstone, Mt: Jackson Hole Wy: and not much more to Stanley, Id. Usually one of the three are the coldest places in the U.S.A. So far it's done a great job keeping the snow and drafts out. Installation very easy. The fit was a little loose because I have a Pella sliding door. Nothing some extra insulation won't fix. Passage thru the door a little tight, if you are thicker than 9 1/2 inches, you might not see than back yard until Spring (Summer is 2 weeks in August). Great product!
