6.25 in. x 6.25 in. Small Cat Flap Aluminum Pet Patio Door Fits 93.75 in. to 96.5 in. Tall Aluminum Slider-DISCONTINUED is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Getting more sleep and saving on electric bills My cats constantly annoyed me to open the patio door to let them out. Sleep is precious, and I was up literally every hour letting them out, in, out, in, and eventually I would leave the door opened about 6" for hours on end. Now, with the patio door with cat flap, the cats can exit and enter as they please. Plus, my leaving the door open and wasting air-conditioned cool air is no longer a problem. The weather stripping prevents hot air from getting in or from cold air getting out. I'm very pleased with this product. Sidenote: My patio door is approx 92" tall, so I unscrewed the retractable top and gained that extra room needed for installation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cat door I bought this cat door for my very small dog. Although it's the most convenient dog door option, it has it's cons. The door does not seal properly with the sliding door frame. I had to go buy weather stripping to fill in the gaps and it's still not enough. In addition, I didn't feel comfortable drilling holes to add the security feature so I also bought a wood dowel. In the long run, having drafts going through my house and using only a dowel for security is still better in my opinion than putting holes in a wall or a door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saving $$$$ on electric bill! Although it takes a little creativity to install the door...lots of weather stripping helps...this door is worth the money. It already is much cooler in the house now that the sliding glass door does not have to be opened for the cats. They easily figured out how to use the door, catnip is a great teaching tool. The picture doesn't do it justice, it matches standard white sliding glass doors and once installed it looks like it was always part of the slider.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install, does just what it's supposed to do It took the cat a few days to adjust to the cat door but now she uses it wihout problem. My husband installed it quickly and easily. We had to buy additional weather stripping but that was no problem either. It didn't work with the kind of lock of lock we have but a dowel between the door and frame fixed that. A good product. Well built. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a solution to pet access.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Life Saver This product is excellent. The Flex Fit thing is smart and intuitive. Unfortunately, my patio door is off and a bit slanted so the door doesn't meet the panel cleanly but that isn't the panel's fault. My neighbor got the same thing before me and it's a great invention so this has been a life saver because my wife would have killed me if the cat box and food was in our small place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from does as advertised only product I found... taller...white...aluminum... exactly what I needed... perfect finish and match to sliding door... fits perfect... easy to install...two minutes... has a spring mech on top... cat learned to use it in just a few mins... just a little pricey for what it is...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product, still being considered by my cat... It arrived quickly, it's built well, so no complaints there. It's intended for my large cat...and so far it's been a couple weeks and he hasn't quite come to appreciate it yet. With my encouragement and help, he has passed through the opening several times, but I was holding the flap up for him. As for pushing it hard enough to detach the magnetic hold at the bottom and go through it on his has not yet happened. He doesn't seem quite as motivated to go out as long as he must open the door himself, so he asks me to open the front door instead now. I'm still working on it. Also, I might probably like it a little better if the flap, rather than being a flexible plastic, was a solid piece that would hang down by a hinge instead. That way it might be a little easier to open and shut, plus is would always be sure to fall into the closed position... unlike this flap, which sometimes doesn't make it all the way back to the magnet as it slowly reforms into shape pulled by gravity... and it often leaves a tiny opening. Still patient that he'll eventually give in and use it....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pet Door Easy & Functional Quality No better bang for the buck! I received my 96" Tall White aluminum Pet Patio Cat Flap Door today. The quality of the door is as good as any $400. upscale door, minus a whistle or two. Free shipping and about $100 less than ordering through the store, as this IS the TALL version of this door displayed in the store. The flap moves easily and is of a crystal clear hard plexiglass with a brushed fiber strip that seals the edges. You will have to remove the rubber bumper and latch off the inside of the door wall, which took me about 30 seconds. The door came preassembled with optional vinyl draft seal and foam insulation stripping, both of which I found easy to attach and size with scissors and finally, a simple pin lock mechanism that can be attached in several spots and comes with self tapping screws. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I simply inserted it into the door wall slider and said "Oh-Oh". It "appeared" to be 1/16th of an inch too wide. Called Home Depot and they offered me the choice of return or call the manufacturer. I opted for the later and they automatically connected me after giving me the toll free number in case I got disconnected. There was no wait time and the manufacturer asked me if I had removed the Plastic tabs on the top of the door that protected it during shipping. Sometimes you just have to dummy up. After removing the plastic end caps the extension was now flush with my slider opening and the representative told me to simply squeeze the top a smidgeon till it slid in. As I am a woman, I used a towel to protect the finish and a gas pliers instead of my fingers. I am happy and will be really happy when my electricity bill is drastically reduced. Oh yeah, I cut down the wood stick and put it back into the floor of the door wall slider for security. I am so glad I internet and store browsed until I found this little gem. P.S. You CAN reattach you latch to the pet door with some metal cutting, etc, but if that is what you need, you might want to spend more for that whistle. My door opens at both ends, so it was not necessary.
