Does this work with all LEDs?

Would this be compatible with most LED lights that you can buy at HD? Wondering if I could buy this to make up a bunch of boxes so after drywall I can just plug the lights in and be done. Looking specifically at this light:

Would this be a good idea since I have to replace a T8 ballast in my kitchen?
