Laminate wood

Can I place this under laminate wood flooring? Will be enough if I place just one film in each room?
Asked by: L17
This can be placed under most laminate flooring. Check with the manufacturer to make sure that it doesn't void your warranty. The general rule is 80% of the floor space should be covered with the heating film.

Can these mats be used under Snap Lock tiles?

I have a leveled, raised dance floor on concrete made of plywood with Snap Lock Tiles. Can this product be used between the plywood and the snap lock tiles?
Asked by: Sherry
Yes, they can be used under Snap Lock tiles. The raised dance floor must be sturdy so as not to have any flex or very minimal movement. If the plywood dance floor doesn't flex you should be fine. Gary

Can this be cut?

Can the film be cut to shorten or reposition it??
Asked by: Free
Yes the film can be cut to the necessary length. Just make sure to cut in the clear areas between the black conductive inks. I'm not completely sure what you mean by re-position it but assume that you mean place in the area that you intend to heat once it is shortened to the necessary length. If that is correct then yes it can be re-positioned. I hope this helps. Enjoy your warm floors.
