Answer:
The size you would order depends on how you would like to proceed. Your best bet is to call the us at Custom Door and Mirror (631)-414-7725, best time is between 10-3pm. The opening height of 78" is going to be a custom height on our end and I believe most manufactures.

I have opening 60x80 but 60x80 doors are out of stock now.
Can I instead order 2 doors 30x80 to fit my opening and will it make any difference?

If there is no difference, why there is difference in price?
60x80 are listed for $445.88 whereas two 30x80 doors will cost less than $340.

Thank you.

Answer:
Yes the doors will fit. If you look at the door online you will see there is a line drawing of a sideview of the door. This shows that the door panels are 76 3/4" tall and the track on the top is 1 1/2" and the bottom saddle is 5/8". That being said there will be a 1/2" larger gap then the standard 80" opening but the doors can be adjusted to work well in 80 1/2".

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 34 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad design The oak saddle is a bad design feature that makes installation difficult. Other bi-fold doors that I have installed use a simple bracket to hold the bottom pivot. After I ordered this bi-fold mirror door, I went to the HD web site and downloaded the installation instructions. Immediately, I saw a problem in fastening the saddle (step 14) to my ceramic-tile floor. How was I supposed to get construction adhesive under the saddle with the 65-pound door precisely aligned on top of the saddle? So I went to the Window & Door expert at HD. After he studied the instructions for many minutes, he suggested that I follow the instructions up to step 14. When everything was aligned properly, put masking tape around all edges of the saddle on the floor. Then remove the door, apply construction adhesive to the saddle, and reinstall it inside the tape markings. I had to wait two days for the construction adhesive to set/cure to the ceramic tile. In step 4, do not tighten the hex-head screws until the door is properly aligned. At that point you will also need an open end wrench that is not in the tool list. I also needed a hammer, a flat-end screwdriver, and a wooden rod to pry the door into proper alignment. You will also need an assistant to help align the door while you are on the floor aligning the adjusting bolt into the cup of the metal floor plate (step 11). You may want to paint the oak saddle. It is a hindrance to keeping the floor clean. After the installation was complete, the bi-fold mirror door works great. My wife loves it. August 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent bi-fold closet door This was by far one of the best made mirrored closet doors I've ever seen. It replaced our 24 year old lightweight aluminum bi-fold doors which were very flimsy and starting to show their age. These solid core doors were quite heavy but seemed very balanced and easy to use once installed. Very classy looking and well made. Highly recommended closet door. September 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by POLISHED EDGE MIRROR SOLID CORE MDF INTERIOR CLOSET BI-FOLD DOOR Following the instructions it was easy to put all the parts on and install the door in less than 1/2 hour. It is a good solid door. It is a little heavy when installing it alone. August 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice looking and heavy duty These mirrors were pretty easy to install and are very heavy duty. They look beautiful as my bedroom closet doors. They are very heavy so beware! The only reason for the 4 stars is that one of them was broken at the edge upon delivery - it's right at the bottom and so the casing covers it, but a shard of glass fell out. I ended up keeping it because once installed, you couldn't tell. I would recommend these as they were the least expensive of all I looked at. April 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Facts about the order. The product was short hardware and when we called to get the parts they could not expedite the parts quick and I'm still waiting for them after a week! Not a good deal at all . April 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good door but poor and weak hardware Door is very heavy and needs more than 2 people to install and adjust, Tip pivot spring mechanism (SP-100) failed after 2 months; door disengaged. January 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice appearance but not so good door material Special order web only. One of the panels had a cracked mirror on it. The vendor does not send replacement parts so I had to return it and buy it again. Since there is a chance the next one could be damaged, I am waiting for the second set to arrive before returning the broken part. Yes I had to pay for the second one too but will be getting back the money for one of the orders. The door is basically made of glued together saw dust so the quality is average. It is also very heavy. Be very careful to not strip out the threads installing the pivot parts on the door panels. It actually comes as 2 separate 2 foot doors and a third box with the 4 foot track and floor piece. That leaves the 2 foot tracks as useless material. You also get twice the hardware because the 4 foot track also comes with it. Easy to install and does look pretty good. I just had to downgrade it for my inconvenience of this stupid process of getting a replacement door. Be sure to unwrap it at the store and inspect it before taking it home. September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of my best choices Other than the doors being heavy when carrying up to the second floor installation went well and the final product looks wonderful. The folding doors were critical for the organizer with the drawers in the middle of the closet. August 17, 2016
