Answer:
It includes the flange and stopper (and more).
It does not include the power cord.
If you are replacing an old unit, the cord can be used on the new unit if it isn't damaged.

It came with a drain stopper (in chrome) and the black collar that is visible in the sink. I did not need to buy anything separately. The only things i could foresee buying are - a new power cord if yours is bad, or any pipes to make it line up with your existing pipes.

It comes with no wiring; you must supply the electrical connection, whether you are hard-wiring it or adding a plug for an outlet. I was able to use the wiring from my old disposer.

Answer:
It does not come with a cord.
This is so you can either hard wire it or use a plugging cord depending on how the power is supplied under your sink or your personal preference.
If you are replacing an old unit, you can use the old cord to install the new unit.
If it's a new install, you will need to purchase a seperate cord.

Yes it is removable. But compared to the older models it is more "obstructive"
You have to hand force waste into the disposal but at the same time it can be removed and it keeps those random forks from getting down there.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Simple Replacement of Leaking Disposal Our 16 year old Badger 5 had developed a leak, so we needed to replace it. After contemplating just going with another Badger 5, I decided to move up a bit to this one. Replacement was pretty simple as everything fit perfectly to the existing installation. The most difficult part was getting the old power cord off of the Badger 5, as the cord is not made to be able to remove easily. Once that was done, pretty simple. Found an online tip to use a car jack to raise the new disposal in place, and that made it quite easy to position the new disposal. The Evolution Compact is very quiet and does the job for us. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So Quiet! Needed to replace a 20+ year-old disposal and opted for this model. Professionally installed, but seemed a fairly simple process. I was amazed at how quiet it is! August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great disposal! This is the second one that I have installed in a home. Powerful, compact and quiet! August 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best I ever had I've always purchased better quality 3/4 hHP disposals. The evolution is the quietest and most powerful I've ever owned. I don't have to worry about vegetable peels anymore. They are destroyed. My last disposal met its fate with potato peels. This one would purr right through them while hardly knowing its on. August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very quiet disposal The disposal went in quickly for my plumber and I am very happy with the compact size under the sink and the quiet operation. August 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good disposal. Installer had no problem other than the position of the electrical connection. Runs quietly and grinds well. August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by EVOLUTION COMPACT 3/4 HP CONTINUOUS FEED GARBAGE DISPOSAL Quiet and efficient. Low profile good for small under sink cabinet height. Rubber gasket can be changed without removing the disposal. August 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unit leaked within 1 week Unit leaked from the bottom within 1 week of installation. July 23, 2016
