It includes the flange and stopper (and more).
It does not include the power cord.
If you are replacing an old unit, the cord can be used on the new unit if it isn't damaged.

It came with a drain stopper (in chrome) and the black collar that is visible in the sink. I did not need to buy anything separately. The only things i could foresee buying are - a new power cord if yours is bad, or any pipes to make it line up with your existing pipes.

It comes with no wiring; you must supply the electrical connection, whether you are hard-wiring it or adding a plug for an outlet. I was able to use the wiring from my old disposer.

Answer:
It does not come with a cord.
This is so you can either hard wire it or use a plugging cord depending on how the power is supplied under your sink or your personal preference.
If you are replacing an old unit, you can use the old cord to install the new unit.
If it's a new install, you will need to purchase a seperate cord.

Yes it is removable. But compared to the older models it is more "obstructive"
You have to hand force waste into the disposal but at the same time it can be removed and it keeps those random forks from getting down there.

Evolution Compact 3/4 HP Continuous Feed Garbage Disposal is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 1866.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Replacement of Leaking Disposal Our 16 year old Badger 5 had developed a leak, so we needed to replace it. After contemplating just going with another Badger 5, I decided to move up a bit to this one. Replacement was pretty simple as everything fit perfectly to the existing installation. The most difficult part was getting the old power cord off of the Badger 5, as the cord is not made to be able to remove easily. Once that was done, pretty simple. Found an online tip to use a car jack to raise the new disposal in place, and that made it quite easy to position the new disposal. The Evolution Compact is very quiet and does the job for us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from EVOLUTION COMPACT 3/4 HP CONTINUOUS FEED GARBAGE DISPOSAL Quiet and efficient. Low profile good for small under sink cabinet height. Rubber gasket can be changed without removing the disposal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Garbage Disposal!! The Evolution Compact is a bit larger, more powerful, and so much more quieter than the Badger we were replacing that has served us for 14 years. Installation was fast and easy. My husband used his hydraulic jack to help lift and hold it into place while he worked. Everything you need is included in the box. I don't think you can go wrong purchasing this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good I'll start by saying so far it's great super quiet and powerful. I've only had it for a couple weeks and haven't used it much with a lot of remodeling going on. For something called compact it's pretty big with a new and deeper sink I had to make some plumbing modifications but int's in and works great. My personal opinion is for most home use you don't need a 3/4 hp disposer but to get the super quiet, auto reverse, multi grind and SS this is what you must buy. I'd like these things in a smaller unit and 1/2 or 5/8 hp. As I said this is just opinion, as for this unit it works great and I would recommend it.
Date published: 2016-08-31
Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good disposal. Installer had no problem other than the position of the electrical connection. Runs quietly and grinds well.
Date published: 2016-08-02
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made ... but size matters This unit is very powerful. Just as soon as you turn it on, get ready to turn it off. I give this model top marks in all categories but one. Unfortunately I don't think the entire industry is ready for the next step. This unit is listed as compact. I would not come close to describing it as such. Too me the diameter and height do not reflect the state of technology today. I don't know how much the cost would increase to implement more compact and powerful technology, but I would have seriously considered it at the time of purchase. For me space under the sink is a big deal.
Date published: 2016-10-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grinder This is the best grinder I have ever had. It is extremely efficient at grinding anything I have thrown in it, including small bones and even potato peels. Additionally, it is incredibly quiet to the point that unless you are right next to the sink, you can't hear it over the running water. Installation was a 15 minute process, as my previous grinder was a very old InSinkErator grinder. There was nothing to do but twist out the old one, twist in the new one, reconnect the dishwasher drain, and plug it in. My wife thought I was a master plumber. I will probably never need to replace it (I'm kinda getting up there in age), but would do the same if I ever had to. I will recommend this to anyone looking to replace a grinder. Well done, InSinkErator!
Date published: 2016-10-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I hoped for This is a sturdy, reliable disposer. It fits easily under my sink in limited space, which is why I chose it over other Insinkerator models. To describe how quiet it is, the amount of noise it makes when it is grinding waste is comparable to my old disposer when it was turned on with nothing in it. The baffle contributes to how quiet it is, but I have not experienced any of the buildup of water or lack of drainage that other reviewers have described. Lastly, the handyman I used to install it took less than a half hour to do the work. The old disposer came off with a simple turn of the ring at the neck of the disposer, and the new one was put in with the same ease. Looking back, I could have done it myself and saved a few dollars on installation. Very pleased for the 2 months we have had it.
