It includes the flange and stopper (and more).
It does not include the power cord.
If you are replacing an old unit, the cord can be used on the new unit if it isn't damaged.

It came with a drain stopper (in chrome) and the black collar that is visible in the sink. I did not need to buy anything separately. The only things i could foresee buying are - a new power cord if yours is bad, or any pipes to make it line up with your existing pipes.

It comes with no wiring; you must supply the electrical connection, whether you are hard-wiring it or adding a plug for an outlet. I was able to use the wiring from my old disposer.

Answer:
It does not come with a cord.
This is so you can either hard wire it or use a plugging cord depending on how the power is supplied under your sink or your personal preference.
If you are replacing an old unit, you can use the old cord to install the new unit.
If it's a new install, you will need to purchase a seperate cord.

Yes it is removable. But compared to the older models it is more "obstructive"
You have to hand force waste into the disposal but at the same time it can be removed and it keeps those random forks from getting down there.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid and quiet garbage disposal. Four stars at the moment, mainly because I have not had the product long enough to fully evaluate it. Up to this point though, I have no issues with the unit - Quiet and functional, no buyer's remorse. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great garbage disposal Much quieter than our old garbage disposal. It was easy to install and works as expected. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product We have remodeled our kitchen from tile to granite. As part of that work, we changed out the sink, its faucet, and the garbage disposal. The old one was the same brand, without the sound insulation that this one has, and gave excellent service. It was still working fine when we removed it. For the remodel, it was our goal to change to quieter appliances, and this garbage disposal is a lot quieter. We are pleased with our choice, and would recommend this unit to others. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent replacement After a thorough review of the many choices, my wife and I decided on the 3/4 HP Evolution, and we couldn't be more pleased. This is the quietest disposal I've ever been around. We also purchased installation, which was done on schedule. The installer said this model was chosen the most by his customers and he'd never had a complaint after installation. December 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We like like this disposal We have a small space and wanted a quite disposal with a stainless steel chamber and grind components. Not many choices out there. We had a handyman replace our 18+ yr-old 1/2 horse power Insinkerator with this bad boy. We love it! We held our breath while he was installing it because it was a tight fit. It fit with room to spare, seems powerful and quiet. Happy all around. June 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deez Nutz This was my first garbage disposal installation. It took 3 hours because I didnt know what I was doing PLUS it was difficult to properly connect the motor to the sink. I saved a lot of time by accidentally buying the same brand as the one that was already there. Meaning that I didnt have to take off and put in a new flange on the drain. A different brand would not have matched and would have added maybe another hour. May 6, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by EVOLUTION COMPACT 3/4 HP CONTINUOUS FEED GARBAGE DISPOSAL Two things I am not very happy with are its Grind Chamber which is small, and its Sink Baffle which is difficult for water and food to be sunk in. May 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by powerful and quiet Powerful and light. Can't barely hear it when it's on. Love my new garbage disposal! April 19, 2016
