We ordered Oil Rubbed Bronze Instant and they sent to me Tuscan Oil Rubbed Bronze. It is different color than our facet. Water is not hot either.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by mjyp Such a luxury!
Love the color, love the convenience. Expensive, tho. I use it to fill my water glasses (we have the hot/cool feature), make a quick cup of tea or cocoa when someone drops by, to quickly get water to start boiling on the cooktop, and even to gently defrost prawns fresh out of the freezer. When I want to swab down the counters or rinse something with hot water, rather than run a bunch of cold from the big faucet, I get a little hot on the sponge or use a little hot to rinse a dish, realizing it's a great way to conserve water, too!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dualfaucet123 easy install 123
The faucet is beautiful. The installation was simple and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. My only concern is the heater is very loud when heating and there is a little spitting every time you turn it on ,other than that we are satisfied with it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lisa6 Very poor performance and first unit is defective and has to be replaced.
The product has only been in use in our home for a few weeks. Throughout that time we have had a lot of problems with the stream from both the hot and cool side (almost like the filter at the end of the spigot was clogged). However, that isn't the case. Recently I came home after being gone all day to find that it had leaked down my new island and onto a brand new hardwood floor. Fortunately there wasn't any permanent damage. Along with the constant dripping, there is a leak around the base of the two handles. The plumber has been out twice. First time we were told that it will sputter when the hot water becomes too hot. This adjustment didn't correct any of the problems. After soaking through several more towels the plumber came back again today. Apparently there is a gouge inside of the fixture that is preventing a good seal and the unit will be replaced. During a kitchen re-model, this unit replaced a separate instant hot water unit and cold water unit. I wish that we had stayed with the 2 units as the cold water is just somewhat cool and cannot be hooked up to our RO system (apparently the RO system is very hard on the hot water piece of the unit). Because this has been installed into a brand new granite counter top with the holes drilled for this unit, I can't replace it with another system. I wouldn't purchase again. Buyers should be aware that when the two systems are put into one unit the water won't be as hot, the cool water will not be as cold, and it can't be hooked up to a RO system.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nanp Great to have steaming hot / or filtered cold water at a touch.
There are so many little moments when a small bit of steaming hot water quickly available moves life along a bit more easily. From dissolving small bits of sticky food, stirring thickening agents, warming cat food, adding hot water to a recipe, loosening cold dishes from their molds/pans, creating hot soaks/packs for injury or wound care of a small scale, to the obvious hot beverage prep, the steamy hot water availability is a much used convenience feature. Cold filtered water adds the small touch of cool down when needed quickly, and filtered and cold water for a refreshing drink.
