I kept getting the wrong advice from Houzer. Their customer service (3rd one) even said this part was discontinued...but there it was on line so I got it and HOORAY....it worked.

What can I say about a simple flange? The old brass Kenmore flange was so deteriorated, I didn't identify it as Kenmore. It looked like the dozens and dozens of InSinkerators I've seen in the past four decades. The part was an exact match for the Kenmore.

The old ring was so far gone that it wasn't until after this one arrived that I realized the customer had a Kenmore disposal instead of one branded InSinkErator. It fit just fine.

Looks great when first installed. In less than a year the paint starts to chip away from the stainless steel and look horrible. Do not buy if you want a permanent black flange!

Love it. You should sell it in stores to match the sinks.

Here'es another Oil Rubbed Bronze sink flange that is pealing after 45 days in service. A waste of money, stay away from this flange.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by myplace Flange coating peels off -cheaply made, poor quality.
My review is very similar to many who own this product. We did a huge kitchen remodel in April 2014. The Oil Rubbed Bronze Flange looked great in my new bronze sink for a while, then over the past months it started peeling. As other reviews state: There are sections where the paint is literally peeling off showing chrome underneath. The material is very thin plastic and it peels off with the slightest touch.
This product was ordered thru their Home Depot site. In the product description it states it is oil rubbed but in fact the color is painted on to look like it is 'oil rubbed'; it is plastic covered - not color saturated.
I will pursue HD for a refund.
