Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great power, quiet and durable! Ive used this gun for the last 4 years and never found a bolt or nut it couldnt remove, its quiet enough to hold up to your ear when in use and not damage your hearing like most impact guns will, very low vibration so you wont get carpal tunnel and its only 5.3 pounds so it wont wear your hands out from use. I cant find anything bad to say about it except dont abuse it, its composite, not steel so it is breakable if you decide to throw a tantrum like so many techs do for silly reasons. Anyway, I would buy this again in a heartbeat, why pay so much for Snap-on or anyone else when the best tool Ive used is this gun and their new cordless 1300ft/lb gun is amazing which I own as well. I dont work as a mechanic but I know how to do auto repairs I just choose not to do it as my profession but this is an excellent gun if you take care of your equipment. April 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by never failed me Been best impact I have ever owned the last person that commented maybe if you had a good air compressor it would work lol I have owned snap on and Matco but this ones better September 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by quiet but tough have owned Ingersoll impacts for 20 years they get stronger and quieter. this one is their best yet August 22, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by annoying mechanically the gun is good, but the molded grip comes loose. it swells from use and I constantly have to twisi it around and push it back into position and I mean constantly March 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by not very durable worn out before one year of use. was bought to remove balancer bolt from engine second job was removing lug nuts and had to use breaker bar first March 13, 2012
