According to specs, it is appropriate flooring in wet areas, indoors, kitchens and baths. My personal experience does not include evidence of this.

Our High Density Fiber Core board is water resistant, and it's locking mechanism is sealed. This helps prevent water penetration. Because of these features, we recommend our product for kitchens and bathrooms. We do advise a bead of silicon or caulk be put around the perimeter of the installed flooring. If the product is installed over concrete remember to use a 6mm water vapor barrier.

Hey there Little House on the Prairie,
Laminate floors are water resistant, but not water proof. So for areas like a kitchen or bathroom, you have to be careful with them. Any standing water or water on areas in which there are any seams in the floor, water can find it's way underneath and possible buckle or cup the floor. Spills and water need to be tended to quickly.

The only time I would say this is suitable for a bathroom is if it's a small powder room / guest bath without a shower. Read Less

Answer:
This flooring snaps together very easily. It also can be removed fairly easily, in case you are expanding a floor and need to add whole pieces where cut pieces were. It also has foam backing attached to the back of each piece, so no need for rolled foam underlayment. No glue or nails. Good product.

I have some that was sold under the DuPont name and the packaging indicates that the product was made in Spain. Don't know if that is the same for Innovation's product

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 20 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful product Installers have been out 3 times because of damaged product. Product warps and bows and comes broken. I have had 4 months worth of problems with this floor and still going. I do not recommend it to anyone. 3 shipments all bad product. The part of the floor they did install is separating and warping. Still waiting for Home Depot to resolve. August 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen Floor The floor looks and feels great. I do a lot of DIY projects, but installing this floor was not one of them, and after watching the professionals work, I am very glad I did not attempt the job. The click-lock laminate flooring has been installed for less than a month, so I cannot evaluate the durability of the product, but I am confident the floor will last and look great for a long time. May 31, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TOTALLY UPSET The flooring looks fabulous, but we have wasted many pieces because of quality workmanship. We reviewed how to areas and it doesn't just slide in and lock into place. Many problems. I am cancelling the second order because it is so difficult to put together. I'm finishing the room I am in and stopping with this high class look junk. Inovations doesn't have dupont quality. Please dupont comeback with your product. Paid too much for this flooring. Ends would go together, but not the center. May 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product easy to install. looks so real and make the floor look fancy September 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Well Worth the Effort! My very first attempt to install a laminate tile floor went much easier than I expected. My suggestions include the following: Have the right tools, measure twice, and do all of your saw cuts outside the house. My project included tiling a formal dining room, two bathrooms, one kitchen and breakfast nook using two similar laminate tiles. August 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Product Great Installation not so much Great product but harder to install them expected. the twist required to lock it is awkward and not easy to "click on" without additional tools to nudge into click position. May 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Well engineered product I had to add some to a ten year old floor and the new pieces matched up perfectly. They installed easily and you couldn't tell the difference. Very durable over the ten year period, even in high traffic areas. I like some of the styles more than others, but that's a personal choice, Hence the 4 rating in appearance. June 19, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks Great These floor look great so much better than carpet. Use a lot of patience when you install these floors. The best part is that nothing sticks or stains these floors. April 2, 2013
