Thank you for your question. Yes, the Innovations Tumbled Travertine was formerly known by the DuPont name Tavas Travertine. The two products are the same in every way except name.

JB,
Thank you so much for your questions. Each plank of laminate is designed to resemble 12 inch square tiles and is 1 tile wide by 4 tiles long. While this item is not carried in your local store it is available for purchase online and pick up in store.
Thank you for your interest.

I'm considering this for my laundry room. It currently has a smooth underlayment with glue-down commercial grade 12x12x1/8" linoleum tiles from 1989. On top of those, I installed thin (3/16") peel and stick carpet tiles (12x12) a few years ago. Can I install this flooring right over the carpet squares?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great but a bear to install. My wife and I undertook this as a summer project for connected kitchen, mud room and bathroom. The floor looks great, it cleans up easily and feels good underfoot. But the click together planks were a cause of much consternation. It really was a lesson in patience but we really like the outcome. If we survived this another 25 years of marriage is a piece of cake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Stuff - second purchase of this flooring I purchased this flooring four years ago for my kitchen, laundry room/storage room, bathroom, entry way, and breakfast nook area. I sustained significant water damage in my home and ended up buying this again and replacing all of my floors with it including areas that didn't previously have this flooring. It is very easy to clean, it doesn't scratch easily; I have multiple dogs running on this flooring every day and also have moved furniture, have chairs being pushed back and forth when people sit down to eat, etc. Even with the extensive water damage my house sustained, this stuff still looked great. It was more the subfloor under that buckled and moved. I did not install this flooring, both times a contractor did, but they said it was fairly simple to install. I think a DYI person could figure it out and it's nice because the moisture barrier is already part of the flooring so you don't have to install that first. I really love this stuff, I think it looks great, I think it's easy to clean, and I think it holds up really well to foot traffic, animals, spills in the kitchen, stuff being dropped, chairs being moved, whatever you can think of. I felt it was very pricey however after watching the website for a couple of weeks it was discounted so I feel the discounted price was very fair. It took a little bit of time to get to the local store but then the store called me and took my contractor's name for it to be picked up and everything went very smoothly with the pick up. I love this flooring, I would buy it again, and if you like neutral colors I think this is a great option. I like that it looks like tile but isn't cold to walk on in bare feet like tile is and then you don't have grout to keep up with. NOTE: I have a on O-Cedar mop that has a microfiber cloth cover that can be removed. I soak one cloth cover in water/floor cleaner and use that to mop the floor and then I use a second cloth cover with just water to mop again to get up any residue. It's very easy and the floor cleans up great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We have this product in several rooms and it has proven itself to be durable and easy to upkeep. Repeat customers... would install this flooring in any high traffic area. The only reason we graded it lower in ease of installation is because we received some damaged tile, but other than that its relatively easy to install. comes with padding on it and ready to install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We lucked out! We already had this product installed in our kitchen (probably 8 years ago) and wanted to extend it into a small hallway adjacent to the kitchen. We had a piece left from the kitchen project and took it everywhere to find a match. We had no idea who manufactured it or the model. Finally, in an Indianapolis northside Home Depot we found one outstanding employee who was able to identify it as a Du Pont product and he recommended we contact Du Pont to see if more was available. It turns out that this flooring is no longer being manufactured by Du Pont but is carried under the Home Depot name of Innovations. The tech expert at Du Pont correctly identified the model through a photo we sent him, and let us know it is still available online only at Home Depot. That was the puzzle piece we needed and we were able to find the exact product online and order it. In no time, maybe three days, we had the flooring and were able to install it in one day. Installation is tough with this type product in a very small space with five doorways. In large areas installation is easy, but cuts and having room to snap the parts together can be challenging. But the product has amazing wearability. The floor in our kitchen has stood up well for over 8 years and we couldn't be more thrilled to have found the exact same flooring to extend into our small hallway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work-Bench Strength After using the Dupont (now Innovations) flooring in 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and front entrance and mud room I found the flooring to be so durable that I used it to cover 12' of work bench space in my garage. Extremely durable product!
