Pretty much the same review I gave for the top box.
Overall, a nice tool box. The construction seems tough enough for the homeowner or light industrial use. The drawer sizes and configuration enabled me to get everything put away and well organized.
The only “con” that I see to the box is that the drawers have a sort of “hump” you have to get over to close them. The drawer glide “humps” are there to keep the drawers closed, but they require you to push with quite a bit of force while closing, and your tools all get worked to the back of the drawers (in effect, you’re slamming the drawers every time you close them).
I’m happy with the box and maybe the drawer glides will soften up with use. It would be nice if you could order a combination set of the top and bottom box and get them keyed alike.

I bought this in a combo that also included the top in store (15 drawers total). The price was by far the best I could find for the amount of drawers. It is considered the workbench series of tool cabinets. The manual included was for the value series(which appears to be a step up or older variant), however I believe this has lower quality slides. More info is on SPG International's website, however the pdf catalog conflicts with the website.
This is made in Canada, good luck finding that elsewhere in this price range. The manufacture appears to be the OEM of some craftsman and husky boxes. Look at the handle to distinguish. Conflicting information on if the drawers slides are rated to 50lbs or 75lbs. None of the drawers have two sets of slides, it would have been nice to see this on the top full width drawer as most people would use that for sockets. They drawer slides are ball bearing and seem fine for home use when loaded up. The drawer side walls are not a folded lip, however it is 'double walled' . The drawers would come out when I rolled it around the garage. It casters are fine for occasional use, but I wouldn't plan on using it as a mobile cabinet.
