Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by PirateMech It's ok for light-duty use
Arrived well packaged in perfect condition (double boxed... styrofoam between cabinet and product box... more styrofoam between that box and shipment box).
This is a very cheaply made light-weight unit... as expected for the price & by reading reviews online. It's fine for light-duty occasional use (in your home, "mud room", or parking garage) but definitely not durable enough for full-time shop use. Very thin material. The hardware for attaching the caster wheels is poor quality, but usable... just be sure to add lock-tite on the carriage bolts and don't overtighten them as it will round-out the square holes in the panel or strip the threads on the bolts (or substitute them with better quality hex bolts).
The lock bar inside the top shelf which descends into the back of the drawers to prevent them from sliding out is basically useless. Normally it is attached to the lid and raises when you open the lid... on this unit it just sits there so you have to remove it whenever you want to open a drawer, then reinsert prior to locking up. I'll just leave the bar un-inserted. The cabinet door (which lifts up then slides back) pretty flimsy and unsecure, so it will probably just stay open most of the time.
The 2 sections do not attach to each other (the "tool box" just rest on top of the cabinet). Not a bad thing, as it allows portability of the tool box section. There are threaded holes in the base of the tool box though, so it would be fairly easy to add some bolts from the inside of the cabinet top if so inclined to secure them together.
I already have a Husky 6 drawer unit (26" wide & without lower cabinet) which I consider an "economical" unit and it is MUCH better quality than this one. I think it goes for about $150 but I got it on-sale for $70... a steal of a deal for a pretty good unit.
This one is ok for light-duty home use, and good for the price ($123 on sale), so I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by KGLady Finally a place to corral my tools!
Easily assembled. I did have trouble with the drop down door as it came out and I had to take it to the store to get it put back in. I needed a narrow cart as I have little space and it fits nicely and I don't have to try to pick up the heavy tool bags any more.

Great unit for the price as most comparable units are at least $300 +. Unit comes well packaged and requires minor disassembly to unpack the units and then assembly of the base and addition of the wheels. Be careful not to over tighten the bolts for the wheels as it is easy to strip the bolt. There are 4 bolts for the 4 wheels so 16 in all.
Unit comes with 2 keys that secures only the drawers on the upper chest and not the lower cart.
Great item for the garage or workshop to organize your tools.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 13xmas This product is not for very much use.
Returned. The quality is sub par. For Thirty more dollars you can get a well built higher quality, deeper and lockable drawers, larger lockable casters, etc. Should have looked at the specs. closer.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by firsttimepurchaser777 5 drawer combo with storage compartment
I like this product for the price of it. The drawers are the right depth for what I need. The only thing I wish is that it was about another foot taller in height.

This is a good product for organizing and storing tools in a home workshop. It has ample storage and doesn't take up a lot of space. Delivery was fast...received within 10 days after placing the order.
