Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great stuff!
We had new kitchen countertops installed and we had some caulking to do in some tight spots. I didn't want the caulk all over my new counters, so I used this tape to make a nice straight edge. The tape sticks nicely and worked perfectly to get my caulk lines straight and neat. When I peeled the tape, it all came up in one long ribbon and left no evidence it was ever there. I also used it to paint the ceilings and I taped the crown molding along the ceiling rather than remove it. As long as I got the tape right to the edge of the molding, no paint was left so the blocking seems to work. It works better than the tape I've used previously which let paint seep under it and made quite a mess when it was removed.

This product is solid. It's simple to use, looks great, tears easily and has a spectacular color!
I painted chevrons on a wall and this tape really helped make it look professional.
It's more flimsy than Frog Tape, but still works fine.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by vssss No Leakage, Drips or Paint Transfer
Wishing I had the ProMask Blue w/ Bloc-It painters tape about three years ago when painting the dining room. At the time, the paint leaked through some off-brand tape from the walls onto most of the baseboards. It took twice as much work trying to fix the mess. Happy to say ProMask blocked ALL leakage when painting the ceiling recently. Also, the beige colored walls and the light fixtures that the tape adhered to were not affected from adhesive at all. No lifting of the paint or residue left behind. Very clean removal. Strong tape. Easy to apply.

I've used a lot of different painter's tape and nothing beats this brand. As always the best way to get good results with painter's tape is to carefully apply firm pressure along the tape edge that you want a crisp line at; and paint as soon as possible. I use a wooden paint stirrer to get the tape really firmly pressed down. I also wait at least a few hours before I lift the tape (using latex), preferably overnight. But don't let the painted tape stay on more than 12 hours, because it might be harder to remove.

This tape went down easily. The paint did not seep under it. It removed easily, too.

this tape is thick, does not bleed, peels off easily with no pulling up paint, leaves no residue, and leaves crisp clean lines. what else can you ask for?
