Are they lint free?

Asked by: TG
Sorry for the delay in answering you. These are not lint free as they are made of cotton fabric.

Customer Reviews

1 lb. Roll of White Knit Rags is rated 2.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality Has Changed! I used to buy this product for use in staining cabinets. This product is no longer acceptable for that purpose. No longer white cotton tee shirt fabric. Now all I can find are rolls of stretchy knit (spandex or nylon added) or highly ribbed (which leaves streaks in the stain) or terry (also leaves streaks or fuzz). Much of the fabric is also recycled - perspiration stained - fabric. Extremely disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size and great material to clean I love these rags. Easy to clean with them and a great Large size. I hate microfiber material and wanted just plain old cotton rags. And this is it. Very happy customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great rags out of recycled cloth these are great cheap throw away rags once they are used up. been using rags like this for years, some of them you can tell was once somebody's old t-shirt. for what they are they work great, if you want a pretty rag go to Macy's, if you want just a cheap rag that will get the job done without leaving behind little bits of fuzz then these are for you and me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst shop rags/cloths I've ever seen These are the most disgusting shop/paint rags/cloths I've ever run across. They appear to be torn up pieces of clothing . . . some which appear to be parts of undergarments to me. There is no standard size. All different sizes. There is no standard type of material. To me they look like torn up pieces of clothing. Some have stains on them which did not come out in the wash (I washed them by themselves). Stay clear of this product. It's a total waste of money. Spend more money and get quality shop/paint cloths made out of cotton !!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Irregular and Seemingly Recycled or Bleached These cotton cloths are scraps of IRREGULAR material, of seemingly used (white or bleached) clothing items. For example one large piece looked like a shirt that was trimmed to become a more rectangular piece, yet it still obviously had part of the sleeves (hopefully washed). There are faint but still detectable stains on a couple pieces. All of the cloths smelled clean but one of them had tiny little flat balls or tiny seeds of some kind all over it. I put that one in a ziploc bag then returned the entire pack of them to home depot and showed all this to the store manager. Somebody is trying to pass-off used clothing scraps as new cotton polishing cloths and the only positive review on this page looks like it was written by the (overseas) person trying to do that. NOT NEW MATERIAL. The material is apparently RECYCLED and it probably should have the word "Recycled" on the package. These are only usable for the lowest-grade type work where quality is not required at all. This product is a result of SOMEBODY saying "hey we could bleach all of that used clothing then pay someone $1/hr. to trim it all into careless almost rectangular pieces and we'll sell 'em for $4 a package."
