We purchased this pool after doing some research and are more than happy with it! If I have any words of advice, level level level the area where you are putting it, use 3 people to set it up (NOT 2!) and do not worry about the sides bowing in...they straighten right out once the pool is full! Also, shop around! We purchased from Home Depot using our credit card then found it at other locations, like WalMart for $400 to $500 cheaper! Other than that, enjoy! :)

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by RCLA Had to return it... leaked.
Okay, I might recommend if the second one being sent to us doesn't have issues. Everything went great on set up, perfect packed decomposed granite pad level as could be and a proper liner pad... (Gorilla Mat). Started filling and about 6-8 inches of water later, a corner is wet. Inspect the area and find an area on a bottom corner seam – where several layers of material come together – is misaligned and bonded. Can see the water leaking slowly and surely.... can even see daylight through the opaque adhesive or sealant they use. The seam is definitely not going to last and really no way of patching. Not happy.
Now, I have to say that Home Depot was great about it, like they always are if any issue comes up with a purchase. Took back the pool even though most of the boxes had been destroyed during unpacking. No hassles, great attitude and quick service. You can't fault HD for Intex's mistake but you sure can say thanks for not making it a difficult return!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Khris For what it is, it's a great buy
I purchased 2 other expensive items for this pool, the saltwater system and the irobot pool vacuum. So with those two items and the pool and its filter, I have had a great experience:))) Be careful with putting blocks under the legs, it they are flush with the bottom you'll get bent sides (contrary to the directions).

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bigrobbyd great pool for the money
my pool has been up for about 3 weeks now and is working perfectly. make sure to use at least 2 pavers under each leg because when I Tried to do it with just 1 paver almost all of them snapped from the weight of the water. remember each gallon of water weighs 8 pounds. so 8400 gallons of water weighs 67200 pounds, that's a lot. the pavers have to be strong to handle that weight. the pool also needs the deluxe pool skimmer or there will be lots of debris floating and sinking all over the place. with the skimmer any debris is suctioned off the top of the water before it can sink. I use the sand filter pump with the ozone saltwater system and the water is perfectly clear can see right to the bottom.
the skimmer should be included in the kit because the pool wont function properly without it. the ladder is better on the sides side it can sit flat on all 4 legs, don't put it in the corners, too wobbly. also in cooler climates you may want to install a solar pool heater. I don't need one though. the vegas sun heats the water up just fine especially in june through august.
