Jeld-Wen Molded Interior doors now include a true Craftsman style door with flat panels and Craftsman sticking. These doors reflect the clean, unadorned, balanced design created over a century ago. They are the perfect choice for Bungalow or Craftsman style homes yet their clean, geometric lines also make them increasingly popular with contemporary style homes as well. Solid core construction reduces sound transmission by up to 50 percent (compared to a hollow flush door). It also helps prevent the dents and dings of daily life. One way Jeld-Wen supports sustainable construction is by using recycled materials in the production of our Molded Interior doors. In fact, these molded door skins are made using 80% recycled content.

Rated 4 out of 5 by CRAFTSMAN SMOOTH 3-PANEL SOLID CORE PRIMED MOLDED PREHUNG INTERIOR DOOR We ordered five of these doors. Overall we are happy with them, but I would have liked there to have been cleaner mortises for the hinges. The style is a little bit different than I anticipated from the on-line pictures. I thought the panels were a 90 degree angle from rails/styles, but it is angled/sloped. Also the door stops are not typical. The outside edge is milled to make it "fancy" looking (this also wasn't apparent from the on-line photos or description). I would have preferred an S4S type of stop as it fits better with the craftsman styling of the door and our choice of door casing/trim. The primer on the door also seems to be a different shade than the primer on the door jam, so I'm not sure if this will affect the final color after painting (we had planned on painting the door and trim the same color). I waited for a sale and got the doors for less than $100 each. October 28, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Jeld Wen build quality terrible As a previous homebuilder with nine years of experience, I have an eye for quality and attention to detail. I waited awhile to review these but shouldn't have. I purchased 14 doors. They were on sale at the time and my wife and I had purchased these solid core craftsman doors to replace the hollow core ones in our home we are slowly remodeling. The doors arrived on a skid and completely wrapped in plastic which made them impossible to view for damage. We accepted them and brought them home. I began to install them and noticed exposed trim nails first. Not a problem as I figured I would just break them off and hammer them in and wood fill. Then I noticed a warped door, so I put that one for a closet door. The sticking is also barely tacked on and not square as the previous reviewers had mentioned. The sticking is also bowed so the door does not seal square against it. I also believe the strike plate is bored incorrectly so when you install a lock set the door rattles inside the strike. Make sure to get adjustable strikes with the bend tab so the door will close silently. Some doors have the hinges inset inside the door cleanly following the hinge, while a few are simply screwed to a bored out rectangular inset. While the doors are a huge improvement to the standard flat hollow-core doors we had, the price of these doors is high considering the build quality. They don't have these in stock in the store so be careful ordering and know that they will be flawed and need repairs once purchased. I'll try to add some images later if possible. November 30, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great door, love the look Love the look of these doors. Nice shaker style but angle around the panels slightly softens the look. Better than a hard 90 degree angle. We installed 5 pre-hung and also hung 2 slabs in the doorway into the den. I really wanted something different from the standard 6 panel and these are the best! Love them! January 28, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by OK but not good enough I bought these doors when they were on sale. So, no comlaint on the design and quality of the door itself compared to the price I paid. One thing that gave me trouble was misalgnment of the pre-bored holes for the door lock on the door and the door jamb. They are misalgned by about 3/16" - just about the gap between the door top and the door rail. They may have forgotten this gap and just set their machine to cut the slots and holes at the same position on the door itself and the door jamb. I am very disappointed that such a big company can make such a simple mistake. December 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by They look good, but.... ..... The previous reviewer is correct. Traditionally, these rails would be squared off, creating a true frame and panel. The thing is, only cabinet makers are gonna frown on this (me)... but your wife/girlfriend and the neighbor are gonna think these look great. The beauty of this design is it draws your eye in a way that it makes the door seem taller than it is. 4 stars because it's still a decent door. September 14, 2013
