Check with the retailer for ordering issues. For best results James Hardie recommend the use of an Elastomeric Joint Sealant complying with ASTM C920 Grade NS, Class 25 or higher or a Latex Joint Sealant

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hardie Panel IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT Excellent product--used it to build my Husband's two sheds--the finish looks like Spanish lace stucco which matches our home and we painted it the same color as the home/roof matches/and we are going to put matching Creighton Brother Awnings on the windows so the sheds look like two horse barns with a center free standing roof with cupola--SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ATTRACTIVE AND STURDY. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Difficult to work with While this product carries a extremely good warranty it is difficult to work with and even more difficult to install in odd areas used a total of 6 pieces and had 2 sheets break either completely in half or break a good size of a corner off.
