I just love the look of these. It gives a neutral, yet interesting and textured look. You have to check the tiles before buying them. Some were broken or chipped. But they were easy to install since they are natural stone, and don't need to be exact in form. I bought the light travertine, which looks far richer than expected. After grouting and sealing, the water beads up on them, and they stay nice and clean in spite of being a pretty porous material. In the past I've used these on a kitchen backsplash, and tiled all the way up the wall to the ceiling. It was beautiful, and was even easy to keep clean behind the stove. I'd definitely recommend this product

These are Real Stone!
If you want smooth with no holes, buy porcelain or ceramic replica tiles. Real Travertine is porous and never exactly the same. It must be treated to seal the stone.
Do your research and you will not be disappointed in these!

I love this travertine. It has such an elegant look especially against my walls which are like a wine red color.

We had this tile professionally installed along with aquamarine glass accent pieces. Absolutely stunning!

The tiles were for a craft project. Of the four packs of 9 tiles I bought, all but about 4 were smooth enough for the project.

Looks great! Low cost! Sealer isn't cheap, but that's the way it is. I used it to cover a built-in chest-of-drawers. I am very happy with the look. Borrowed a friends tile saw and did it myself.

I purchased these tiles to stencil on and really liked the natural look. When they were received however the crackled lines that the picture showed were not present, instead they have holes. It has made it more difficult a project than originally anticipated. No time to change now. I've resorted to coating them with a thick polyurethane to fill in some of the holes. Alway more work than expected.
