Bought about 110 boxes to cover 100 sq ft bathroom wall. When my contractor started putting them up it looked like a checker board. Colors varying from baby blue to steel/gray blue. Not just slight variation but a huge difference. As other reviewers noted the varying shades of blue is not noticeable until you put it up on the wall. So wasted two days, to install and take them all off and reinstall using consistent colors. So I went to several other Home Depots and bought another 30 boxes to finish the job. All boxes were sealed but there is a huge variation in color even within a single box. Even within one sealed box of 8 tiles there were 3 shades of different color blue. Whoever is packaging these boxes at the Jeffrey Court warehouse are putting in lower quality or inconsistent colors within a box. Even the packaging is weird...Sometimes putting in cut out paper spacer from used boxes for protection, sometimes no protection and sometimes plastic film. What's all that about? Quality of the tile itself is fine it is in the packaging and the inconsistent color manufacturing is poor. Final job looked great but paid a tile guy 2 extra days to search and match each tile before putting it up.

Special ordered these shipped to store and expected some to be damaged in transit as they are glass, surprisingly not one was broken. used in my kitchen for splashback and grouted with a light grey grout they are stunning. Cut using a cheap wet saw they do edge chip as another reviewer stated, however the slight chipping is hard to see, next time I'll find the correct cutting blade. color is awesome, a tiny number had surface marks or mis-shaped as it to be expected.

From a distance the tile looks good, the backing is nice in that it has a fine sandpaper texture so it will adhere to the thinset. Some of the tile have dimples or other irregularities but out of 220 tiles maybe 15 fit into this category. If the backing gets nicked then it leaves a hole in the color. I used a cheap wet saw to cut the tile and it left jagged cuts in the glass. I was told that was common when cutting glass unless you use a blade specific for glass. I smoothed it out with a diamond file but it leaves an etch mark not a glossy finish. This is not a factor when viewing the backsplash, just be aware this happens. The biggest disappointment is that since the tile is not rectified the edges are not square so when I used the 1/16 inch spacers there was variance in the distance between the tiles. Had I been aware of that I would have adjusted the spacers accordingly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Great! I used this tile as a backsplash in my newly remodeled kitchen. Couldn't find it in the store so I ordered online and hoped for the best. The tiles came packaged very nicely and every tile was still intact. This is something I was super worried about since it is glass. I was very pleased when I received the tile. Once installed this tile looked amazing! It was the perfect way for me to add some color to an otherwise neutral space. I really love the look of this tile. I had this installed so I cannot comment on installation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but fragile and prone to cracking The color is more of a soft, dusty slate blue than a bright Caribbean blue, but we like it. Most tiles were okay but each tile had to be checked for flaws or scratches to the opaque backside coating, which stood out when viewed through the transparent glass front. One box was off-colored and packaged poorly. Subtle difference in color barely noticeable but stood out more when photographed. I recommend you keep a close eye during installation to catch these problems before they're set into place. Cutting tile upside down on wet saw (with a new diamond blade) seemed to minimize jagged edges, but many tiles sacrificed to achieve decent cuts. ALSO: within days/a few weeks, we had a few cracked tiles. Two of them were whole tiles, one was cut on the long edge and placed under a kitchen cabinet (a backsplash). No angled cuts or holes drilled, yet the tiles randomly cracked. BUYER BEWARE!! In summary, inconsistent quality, hard to install, fragile and subject to random cracking. Beautiful to look at for now, but who knows how long it'll last....
