I plan to use on shower floor. What do you recommend as a bullnose to go with this on curb to the shower.

Answer:
There is no bullnose. I would overlap the horizontal mosaic on the dam, over the vertical mosaic and then make sure they line up so you get a nice smooth transition. If you are not understanding, give me a call 951-340-3383 x 230. Ask for Brian

Is the water absorption rating of more than 3% but less than 7% accurate for this specific marble mosaic tile? I am interested in using this tile as the floor in a shower. Is this tile good to use on shower floors?

Answer:
Hi Doug,
You can use either type of grout, but I typically prefer non-sanded grout, since you have a lot of joints that need to be filled (and sanded grout is slower to fill up those joints).
It is a good idea to use a sealer on the tile before grouting, so it can prevent the tiles from being stained from the grout. This is important. as natural stone tiles are susceptible to this.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this mosaic We installed this mosaic as a border in a shower surround & also as a backsplash. It looks beautiful and helped bring all of the colors in the bathroom together. The mosaic did look different after it was installed than in the original packaging. The colors are more brown than dark gray. Love it though! November 25, 2014
