Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good for all kinds of work I have been using this to load and haul away many rocks ranging from football size to the size of three basketballs. Cart is attached to my X738 four wheel drive Deere. I have had the cart filled to the brim with heavy loads. Also used to load large downed tree branches and large stumps I have cut up with my chain saw. I use this trailer to haul all that down a steep, leaf-covered forest floor hill to our stream. This trailer is very good. I have had no problems with it. March 14, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by More Cons than Pros Pros: quiet and doesn't rust if you are loading grass clippings this is the cart for you. Cons: I've had (3) 17P plastic carts crack under normal use. The dump mechanism is cheap and while you are moving a load it will open randomly. I usually end up just tying the dump mechanism with a tie down so that I can make it across the yard with a load of firewadd The lip on the back is poor design. once you dump and try to pull forward the lip catches on the ground and snaps off. Buyers would be better suited to wait til Deere designs a better model or get a higher grade dump cart. December 3, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cart is great if your not trying to dump what your hauling This cart is very well built and very tough and lightweight , but is the worst thing you could ever want for hauling dirt or stone , when you dump the cart the stuff you are dumping falls back a lays on the sloped back part of the cart so you have to shovel or rake it all out or even unhook the cart and use the draw bar for leverage and lift the cart up to dump it August 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best accesory for residential living Great for gardening, moving around all the supplies and tools around the yard. large capacity and weight carrying capacity is off the charts. We took out a large tree, placed it into a pick up truck, and the height of this 17p falls just below that of the pickup so we could slide the tree right into the trailer and take the tree where we needed it to go. Also moved 10 yards of mulch in just around 3 1/2 hours large capacity just kept on taking more. Useful since you just drive up to where you need it, shovel some out or dump the cart and drive forward a bit to get the rest of it all out. on nit pick, is the zerg fitting is in a tricky place to get to with a grease gun, even with the flexible fitting, it was a tight fit. also it's light weight, easy to move around, so if you didnt' pull up close enough, you can just lift it up and slide to the left/right and place it where you needed to. the tilt feature is also nice, it allows you to quickly just dump the cart and clear the contents out quickly. drop it back in place and locks into position without a problem. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by works great. the best tires on a cart i found. plastic is very strong, no problem dropping large rocks in it, and dumping them out later. May 19, 2009
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great addition Bought this cart to attach to the back of our John Deere riding lawn mower so that we could transport gardening supplies to the back of our property. It is very sturdy and holds a lot of items. Worth the purchase. July 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bigger than you think! Nice size but be careful not to overload with stuff like sand or gravel. This thing gets hard to move when loaded with heavy items. Just use good common sense. It take two people to assemble. It should have been designed to not have screws in the bottom. The shovel keeps hitting them. These are relatively minor complaint. One of my E-style retaining rings disappeared from the axle and a wheel fell off the first day I used it. There should have been a list of parts and numbers in the directions and a place to call to get a replacement. I could not find one. Parts replacement should be an easy "find" in the directions especially for a $370 item. June 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is the ONLY lawn cart worth buying Hi...I have owned several cheap, flimsy, bendable metal lawn carts. I go through them like water, as they usually only last a summer before my make shift welds that hold them together finally break. So...I decided to go with poly in lieu of metal...and ohhhh boy...what a difference!!! There really is no comparison. Poly is the ONLY way to go, and this cart is so dang durable, I've actually tried to break the axle and destroy it and can't. I rolled this cart off of the roof of a new sun room I'm building, and it's just fine. As you can tell, I like to test out my toys. So far...this is the only lawn cart I've ever owned worth purchasing. June 11, 2012
