I found the problem, there is a tube in the tires but who ever inflated them pushed the valve stem inside..if you take a blunt screwdriver and wedge the tire away from the rim you can find and grab the valve stem with needle nose pliers, just hold on to it ..then spin the face of the rim till they line up and push stem through the hole, DO not try to spin the tube inside the rim it will catch and stick Read More

Answer:
Yes, but it does not come filled with gas. You have to go buy the gas which is a real hassle because it's so slow all the cars line up behind you on the way to the gas station. I returned it!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by John Deere utility cart Once assembled the product performs admirably. The assembly instructions are vague and difficult to interpret leading to excessive time and frustration in assembling the product. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE TOWING MY CART my JD Utility Cart is a dream replacement for wheelbarrows that keep breaking or rotting out. This is bigger, deeper and yet, lighter! Matches my new JD riding mower too. Love mowing more than ever!! June 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by John Deere lawn cart Great addition to my lawn tractor. Easy to use and tow. June 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad wheels Wheels are made of plastic with inner tubes in tires. Every cart they had in stock had flat tires. Found assembler had not properly pulled fill valve through wheel hole. Finally got fill valves through holes, then pumped tire up. Tire was so thin it buldged March 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by junk Assembly and design of the dump release is poor the way you have to tighten bolts around spring is difficult. Nylon wheel bushings and plastic wheel rims are junk. Tried to put air in tires after assembly only to have valve stems push back into tire, after wrestling with valve stem and getting air in tire valve stems are hooked and tight to rim. Returned cart back to Home Depot. September 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by John Deer cart It is ok we were hoping it was the one that you could use as a wheelbarrow October 13, 2015
