My X320 has a 48" deck and I was told it required the power flow bagger to collect cuttings. It does a great job with grass and leaves but is a pricey attachment. Only thing I wish it had was a clear portion on the hose so I could see if it's getting full.

This bagger fits my D100 54" Deere riding mower. As with many other reviews I've seen, the instructions for assembling this are terrible, but once you get it together and figure out how to attach it to the mower, it works well. Plan on having the bagger on the unit more than not since it's not easy to remove either. The fan within the unit really does help to pick up everything it goes over. And 2 bags (6.5 bushel) just don't "cut it". They should offer a 3 bag version. And the price, $777 + tax is way too high for this. It should be half that price. Too bad Deere can't make their baggers as good as their tractors.

After a lifetime of struggling with clogged chutes on bagger units, my prayers are answered. This bagger with the power chute is awesome. I was concerned with the unit only having two bags but they hold a lot of grass clippings. The chute also comes off easily for when you don't need it.
Just make sure you have your mower deck wheels set to the correct hight. It does add weight to the side with the chute, causing the deck to tilt.

I was very concerned after reading the reviews that after installation my mower would cut crooked, the blower assembly would simply fall apart due to poor construction, and it would lack the ability to suck up even the smallest amounts of grass. None of the above were true. It didn't take me several hours to install due to poor directions. I'm a MAN I don't use directions. I did happen to look over them and they were fully acceptable in all but one of the steps. (Stay Tuned) Total assembly was less than 40 minutes. Now it was time to test and tune. I mowed my entire front yard and the deck was perfectly level. I did notice that a lot of grass was blowing out from under neath the mower deck on the right side. It even left a small trail of cut grass. My back yard is very thick and when I began to mow, the chute started to clog. We're talking every 10 feet. I was about an inch away from ripping the bagger off. Instead, I began looking at how the belt was ran. Turns out it was slightly backwards and the blower was blowing the wrong way. A quick flip of the belt on the pulley (located on the deck of the mower) and we were in business. This thing started sucking everything up. I was able to mow at full speed with no problems and I wasn't blowing grass anymore from the front of the mower deck.. In all, I love this thing. My only issue is the picture in the manual that depicts the blower assembly with belt. A better picture would have saved a little stress on my end. If you want to spend the money I would definitely recommend this piece.
