My X320 has a 48" deck and I was told it required the power flow bagger to collect cuttings. It does a great job with grass and leaves but is a pricey attachment. Only thing I wish it had was a clear portion on the hose so I could see if it's getting full.

This bagger fits my D100 54" Deere riding mower. As with many other reviews I've seen, the instructions for assembling this are terrible, but once you get it together and figure out how to attach it to the mower, it works well. Plan on having the bagger on the unit more than not since it's not easy to remove either. The fan within the unit really does help to pick up everything it goes over. And 2 bags (6.5 bushel) just don't "cut it". They should offer a 3 bag version. And the price, $777 + tax is way too high for this. It should be half that price. Too bad Deere can't make their baggers as good as their tractors.

Bought it new, found to be defective,,, home depot yet to replace months after I have spent over 4000.00 for total cell. I should have bought it at Lowe's.

After a lifetime of struggling with clogged chutes on bagger units, my prayers are answered. This bagger with the power chute is awesome. I was concerned with the unit only having two bags but they hold a lot of grass clippings. The chute also comes off easily for when you don't need it.
Just make sure you have your mower deck wheels set to the correct hight. It does add weight to the side with the chute, causing the deck to tilt.

Installation illustrations were kind of confusing. Save yourself some trouble and remove the piece located on the end of the exhaust shoot prior to installation.

I have a pretty big lawn and sometimes the grass does get a bit too long that clippings are everywhere and raking would take just way too long. I opted to go with this bagger thinking it would be the solution I was looking for my John Deere D170. Boy was I wrong. To begin the instructions were terrible!!! I had extra parts that were not even listed in the manual. Secondly the pictures and directions were not written clearly. I have put plenty of things together but these instructions were terrible. Thirdly, the bagger it self is belt driven which means you have to remove the spindle and add the one they provide you which makes taking it on and off a pain. Furthermore the bags are joke!!! For the price of almost $800 you should have at least 3 bags and 10 bushel capacity opposed to the 6.5 bushel capacity it comes with. Overall disappointed that John Deere would opt for such a system with small baggers like this unit.
I opted for a 50" Lawn sweeper instead that works wonders compared to this and was $500 cheaper

I use this to bag my grass. After the mower cuts the grass it fills the bags.
