Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Router Not Straight
I bought this guide to help cut dados with my router, but I wasn't able to do so because it's not straight. The guide is really concave. I lined it up on my marks and while both ends were in the proper place there was an obvious bend in the middle. I laid it on its side on a completely flat surface (my cast iron table saw top) and while both ends touch, there is at least a 1/4" gap in the middle. No amount of clamping could hold it in place, especially if I'm cutting long boards. This is a disappointing product.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TrapperL Lot to like with a minus or two
There's a lot to like here especially for the money. It does come in 2 pieces with a middle piece that holds the two together by friction. It takes 4 screws to hold it. The screw holes in mine needed to be tapped to cleanup a not so hot threading job. They hold the pieces firmly and you get a decent straight edge. The downsides- While it is 8'2" long which is great for 4x8 sheet goods, you have 7 pieces to keep up with when taken apart. You could leave the connector with one side but then it's subject to taking a whack and then it's garbage. The 4 set screws are in aluminum and all it will take is someone with popeye arms to strip the screws out pretty quick. While it does come with 2 C Clamps, they are useless on wood as the foot on the clamp is small and will mar the wood quick. You'll need to buy other C Clamps intended for wood or you can use a small piece of wood under the foot but that's more stuff to have to keep up with while making sure the whole thing is in the right position. If you need an occasional 8ft straight edge and don't want to spend much, this is a very workable tool but you'll need to be a little gentle with it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Great product, very helpful
This item is very helpful where a straight line is necessary. Like the job of trimming a door. Use one section of the straight edge for the bottom of the door or both pieces together to trim the length of the door. Clamp the straight edge to the door where the cut is desired ("c" clamps are provided with the product) set the cirrcular saw against the straight edge, start the saw and run the length of the straight edge for the desired cut. Don't forget, you must measure from the edge of the blade to the edge of the base plate of the saw and clamp the straight edge to the door at that mark to make the cut properly.
Wonderful product, I'm sure you will appreciate this product as much as I do.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sainteditor Cheaply made
The product is flimsy and requires better clamps for reliable use. You will likely have to buy additional clamps so it may be a better decision to spend more for a Bora or other fence before buying this one and replacing it or its components.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tex270 Good for ripping plywood
These allowed me to rip plywood with a remarkably straight edge, instead of the normal little variances I normally get. Table saw is still the best but when you have full sheets to deal with by yourself these work pretty good. My only knock on them is that the C clamps that came with them are a little clumsy and I solved that with some quick clamps.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mistytje did not meet my expectations for a reliable gudie
When you put this together, their is so much flexibility in the interlocking part that a good guide is not possible.
The factory edge of a good quality piece of plywood would be a better choice. The only guide I would consider in the future would be one piece.
