Answer:
Yes! Check up this website: www.ponytools.com & it'll explain everything. But with the quality of Jorgensen you'll probably not have any need for a warranty. I hope this helps you!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Clamp I used this Jorgensen Bar Clamp to build a kitchen cabinet. It's very easy to set up & use. It's well worth the money! June 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great Works great and it doesn't slip like my others. I like the rubber on the handles. It's a lot easier to grip and turn. March 29, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good clamp for the $$ I do frequent glue ups that require many of these type clamps so cost is definitely a factor. These clamps hold up well and are durable. They aren't as easy to use as the zip style and you do need both hands to position but if you were to use the others for larger glue-ups you'd pay a mint for them. These work great and are a bargain. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what i needed One of my son's college buddies destroyed a kitchen cabinet door by accident and that was just the excuse I needed to add some medium-sized bar clamps to my tool collection. They worked perfectly for the job and were a great value. January 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great When I went to Home Depot looking for clamps I saw a lot that were pretty expensive so I tried this one. Worked like a charm October 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great clamps Jorgensen name brand, great quality, strong grip and pads dont move about April 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bar Clamp The clamp worked better than expected and was far less expensive than the other brands on display. April 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by was easy to use The bar clamp was easy to use. I was gluing a large piece of wood together that had to take a bow out of it and needed a clamp that would stand up to to challenge. It adjusted to the wooden piece and then i micro tightened the clamp to take the bow out and adhere it to the other piece of lumber i was gluing it to. A little secret though, I used some scrap lumber on each end to prevent marking of the finished piece. The ratchet mechanism glided smoothly July 9, 2014
