According to the manufacturer's website, Pony Tools Inc. (founded 1903) is the manufacturer of the Jorgensen Cabinet Master Parallel bar clamps which are made with U.S. and foreign parts in their Chicago, IL factory. (see: http://www.ponytools.com/index.php/jorgensen/bar-clamps).

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 44 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solid buold but, heavy. This product is as good if not better than all the others. The price was a lot less than its nearest competitor however this parallel clamp is very heavy and is not for those who may have physical issues. August 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to use clamp This is a much easier clamp to use than others I own that have a lever you must pull up to open. July 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not buy these clamps I bought 4 of these clamps for a project I was working on and upon tightening down the first clamp the casting that the bar slides through broke (see picture).I threw all 4 back in the bag and will be returning them to Home Depot. DO NOT BUY THIS CLAMP. If you want this type of clamp, buy the one made by Bessey. I've used a couple of those for years with no problems. February 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great This works great but it is really heavy. If they would come out with a clamp that did the same job but at less weight, I would buy several. It just takes some getting used to as it is so heavy. Home Depot price was less than Amazon! July 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Have used product in the past These bar clamps are some of the best I have used over the years. July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excelent clamps The clamps are very easy to use and are heavy duty so that I anticipate many years of use. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Clamp for specific clamping needs. This clamp can apply more pressure than the walking clamp style clamps, but over a shorter distance. This type of clamp must be pushed to a fairly tight position and then clamped. After setting the clamp you only get a few inches of clamp movement, so you are not able to pull pieces together, over distance, like a walking clamp. This clamp as a gluing clamp is a better clamp than the walking clamp style, the bar is heavier and can maintain parallel clamping over a greater span, as the jaws are parallel and the bar does not flex as much as the lighter barred clamps. I use all styles of clamps, they all have a purpose and used together will produce good results. That being said I like these clamps very much for what I use them for. April 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great clamps - worth the investment Solid, heavy, rugged, strong, amazing grip, ease of use -- all the things my grandpa would say about his best tools as he passed them down to my father and me. These clamps will be around for a while, and I can't wait to find more things to do with them! I started with the 48" even though most my projects will be smaller than that, but I figured it would keep me from having to buy multiple sets. I only bought 2 but will probably pick up an additional pair for larger (longer) projects. I used 2 for my 7' long x 3' wide butcher block style picnic table and they worked good - another pair would have been optimal. But even only the two were strong enough to straighten up some warped pieces in the glue-ups. Great purchase! July 9, 2014
